Location is really good and reception people are too main problem is no AC and no hot water and room is bit noisy because it’s close to road . It’s really nice hotel.old fashioned

Rude and unprofessional staff. Breakfast area unclean and looked like old food. Room was big however toilet was dirty and shower taps broken. The staff didn’t like me complaining and fobbed me off. There was one plug in the whole room which is a joke

I've stayed here many times and always left good reviews but on this occasion I'm not holding back. The place is completely knackered and the reception staff are rude. I won't stay here again

The Hotel was not bad at all, the service was very good, unfortunately you hear music until 4:30 in the morning which is a little annoying. The rooms are outdated.

I enjoyed staying there as the hotel had a swimming pool, a good breakfast and was near the beach…

Awful service. Breakfast was just eggs and bread. Staff were rude and never interested in any feedback. Location was decent as its couple mins walk from the beach and couple mins walk to the nearest market.

Bathroom not very good. You have get a problem with it. 

The hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better It’s not really 4stars, I can’t understand how can get these stars and they keep them 🤷‍♂️ Thank you

Worse hotel I have ever stayed hotel smell very old and damp furniture no lifts stars to all floors ,no AIRCONDITIONING in first three floors and 4th floor rooms got AIRCONDITIONING but to get AIRCONDITIONING room need to pay again same price what we paid booking time.very basic breakfast nothing special only two type of breads and different jams and tea very Rude staff including Manager no complaint procedure Overall stay away from this place

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!! La recepcionista una maleducada total apenas llegar quiso qued**** con el cambio de la tasa turística , se ha burlado de nosotros diciendo que Trip.com miente vendiendo habitaciones con aire acondicionado. No tienen aire ni ventilador ni televisión satelital como dicen (incluso en su propio sitio web) fiesta de lunes a lunes en el bar del hotel (todos fumando dentro del edificio) y lo peor excrementos de animales por los pasillos del hotel. ***EVITAR***

Super friendly staff & employees! Location cannot be beat in Agadir. Just minutes by walking to tons of eateries, 10 minutes to the beach & shops plus banks and A**S all over. The actual hotel is massive and nice in a very antique way and there’s a restaurant, lounge and pool on site. My only gripe is that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby of the hotel so just know that you’ll have to be around others often if you need a good connection. There’s plenty of room and seating space on sofas in the lobby however. You just will not have much privacy if that matters for you for calls, etc. Overall good, budget-friendly stay!

Very nice, pleasant staff and a swimming pool, pool table and decent breakfast on offer.
