The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

Ho soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

In the breakfast room, we were put on a table directly at the buffet - penalty for the price? The boring breakfast is varied but most of it is made of packaging. 5☆ without handwork? The Cappuccino is no one. Can I recommend the house? The red eyes of chlorine in thermal water say: not for me. There is a design day on the 5th floor, it looks nice.

Hotel is very good. We enjoyed being there. The dishes look impeccable and also very tasty. I also want to note the unforgettable view of the mountains from the 8th floor of the hotel. The Spa was wonderful and the stuff are very nice and friendly. I want also to thank Olesea and Norghe the operator of thermal assistant for his professional skills. The pool is open until 23.30. And so after our day trips it was very nice to dip in the pool in the evening. I liked everything. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Hotel in excellent location, very careful, professional, educated and kind staff. Quality food, served in quantity and carefully. Unfortunately, it is the structure that leaves a little to desire and would need and deserve a careful restructuring. The rooms are large with a windowed bathroom, which is not very easily located in the hotels, but the furniture is quite date. The indoor pool area is small, the distance between people is minimal, there is a lot of rembursement that is acute causes untreated guests holding their cellphone with sound, and the voice at high volumes. The absence of a bathing assistant who keeps the bathrooms cleaner and keeps silence, it would make the difference. The only pool communicating with the outside is quite wide but the hydromassage was not all working and in many points there were lack of ceramic coating fabrics. Others are badly in the sauna/ Turkish bath/tiepidarium small room with the obligation to keep the door open on a noisy corridor with continuous passing, lack of towels available to those who are in the main area of the sauna, I saw people entering the sauna without any protection between the wood and their suit, leaving a lot of sweat; in the same room, the ice machine was always shut off, as well as the salt lamp. I am sorry to see so little attention and care, but certainly the high-flux period will have an impact on the quality of certain services, and there is the potential, and I hope that some investment will be highlighted shortly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The room I was assigned was swelteringly hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. It was evident that the hotel was aware of the inadequate air conditioning as the provided blankets were as thin as bedsheets, providing no warmth whatsoever. The lack of action taken by the hotel to address this issue was disheartening. It’s clear that they were aware of the problem but failed to provide a suitable solution.
