The hotel's location in the Diponegoro area is convenient for taxiing to the city center, old town, museums, mosques, and churches. The room has a modern business style. While not overly spacious, the layout is efficient. Upon entering, there's a tea/coffee station and storage on one side, leading into the main area with a king-size bed, a desk, a sofa corner, and a TV. The bedding, typical of Hilton properties, is consistently soft, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Furthermore, the bathroom's vanity, mirror, and glass shower stall are all impeccably clean. Opening the window reveals a panoramic view of lush greenery and the swimming pool, with the Jakarta city skyline in the distance. Waking up each morning and drawing back the curtains is more relaxing than one might expect.

Bundaran HI depan mata je. Midnight craving? Turun je shopping mall. Minibar complimentary soft drinks pulak tu 😂 Berbaloi upgrade. *Room: 10/10* Huge, clean, bathtub + separate shower. Aircond sejuk gila, katil empuk macam tido atas awan. View Bundaran HI malam cantik gila. *Service: 10/10* Staff super helpful & friendly. Check-in smooth, housekeeping refill air cepat. Rasa macam VIP dari mula sampai habis. *Facilities: 10/10* Rooftop pool with skyline view = chef’s kiss. Gym & spa pun tip top. 6 dining options so tak boring. *Overall*: Kalau nak rasa “Jakarta city center + luxury + mall 1 pintu je” datang sini. Kempinski memang cherry on the cake. Overall stay at the hotel was great. The hotel is really grand and impressive. Location is not that good but with the readily available taxis this did not pose a major problem. What I really like was the comfortable lounge where u can just chill out. Also, like the breakfast. Good variety of local and western dishes. Quality very good. Overall I like the hotel. Value for the $.  Would surely give it my first choice for 5 stars hotel accommodation on my next visit to Jakarta if the pricing remains somewhat the same.

My second time I book at this hotel and this time I stayedfor 4 nights. It feels like a 4 stars hotel but it's actually a classic 5 stars hotel. If you follow my reviews you'd know that I rate, review and critic honestly and professionally. - Reception: very friendly, helpful, polite and customer service is a 5 stars hotel customer service. - Lobby and vibe: a traditional Indonesian with a Western classic fusion. It's certainly unique and feels relaxing and welcoming especially for first timers. - Rooms: depending on the room you book. If you book the standard rooms, you'll get a 4 stars feeling (not 5 stars). If you book middle - high range rooms, you'll definitely get your money worth. All rooms are moderately specious (30 - 45 sqm). Rooms are clean, beds are also clean with fresh smelling pillows and they are well prepared and feels right at home. - Restaurants & Cafes: the breakfast includes standard Continental, Western, Local and South Asia. I don't know who manages the restaurant during breakfast but absolutely phenomenal management. The foods are always fresh, food health check officer always taking food samples and the breakfast staff are highly trained (5 stars). Coffee in the evening at the lobby is wirth it and the relaxing vibe is excellent to do some work on your laptop or just till chill out. - Gym & Pool: the gym is excellent, they have a smith machine, cable machine, dumbbells, free weights and cardio machines. Typically everything you need for a workout. They have also a good size sauna and jacuzzi but wasn't working during my stay. The pool is standard, nothing realy special but it's there. - Location: you're close to everywhere, and everything including tourist places are within 5 - 15 min drive from the hotel. - The Hotel in General: I've visited and reviewed close to 500 hotels throughout the years and I can say that for this hotel to keep its 5 stars status needs some cosmetic work and some renovation in some areas. It does feel outdated at times, but what makes it feel uplifted and welcoming is the staff. - Summary: you'll definitely get your money worth at this hotel. You're in a good location, clean and friendly hotel, clean and good foods, excellent customer service and I'd personally stay at this hotel again in the future.

This hotel left a very mixed impression. It was quite clean, and I didn't feel like I was living in dust. However, the hotel is in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. There were no plumbing issues or leaks, but it took some effort to turn on the water. The furniture and TV were new. The breakfast wasn't great, but since there's nothing else nearby, it was a necessity. The smoking area by the pool was really cool, but it only operated until 9 PM. Robes were mentioned in the description, but they weren't in the room. We probably should have asked at reception, but we didn't. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main square and 15 minutes to shopping malls/restaurants.

Loved this small hotel and the location is nice too. Near Sarina and Sabang but not exactly on the front of it so the traffic not in you face 😛 They provided you with nice laundry room w detergent and fabric softener ready. Def a a nice treat for its guests. The breakfast buffet even tho not a lot but full dish and v tasty and i loved the provided the “kerupuk & sambel corner too” 🥰🙏🏽❤️🌶️ Keep up a good work Ashley group I will try your other location too. I tried Ashley Sabang already but thus one is much better imo. Orig i booked their standard room but since my family visit me during my stays here in jtown so I upgraded to the executive room which more spacious and offered Netflix and YT (need to use ur acct). Unfortunately the lack of sitting area upset like sofa it a bit disappointed. Also the sink wont drained properly and the shower needs to be fix. Overall 9 ratings but could it be better. 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were very complete and well-maintained, especially the tennis court which was excellent and enjoyable to use. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet — absolutely delicious with a great variety of choices and excellent quality. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great sports facilities, amazing food, and outstanding service.

I had a business trip to Bekasi and wasn't sure where to stay. I wanted somewhere strategic since I only had a 3-hour meeting in Bekasi. I ended up finding Yellow Hotel Harmoni. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, which gave me enough time to explore Central Jakarta. You can easily use ride-sharing services, though there was some traffic due to a construction project right in front of the hotel, but it was manageable. I even got a view of Monas! Everything was great, from the service and all. The breakfast was absolutely the best and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta because there's a restaurant and a mini-market on the ground floor.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Menteng. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions and business areas while still being peaceful and quiet. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Fraser Residence Menteng to anyone visiting Jakarta. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Stayed here for 3d2n. The location is very close to the MRT, making it easy to go to places like Blok M since Jakarta is heavily jammed 24 hours a day. It’s only 2-minute walking distance to Dukuh Atas MRT. The breakfast and the view were beautiful, with a lovely view of Jakarta’s city lights. Pros: 1) Near mrt station 2) Helpful staff 3) Near Jakarta car free morning 4) Rooftop cafe with stunning view Cons: 1) Toilet separate and no hand bidet 2) No responds to my email. I request for upgrade room if possible but no reply at all. Lucky they still give me the day I check in. 3) No swimming pool
