We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sky Resort Timbun Mata & Reef. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the pristine nature surrounding the resort, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every activity was well organized, and the food was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to the team for making us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Such a great place to be away from city busy life. I like how the resort is in between mountain and sea. The view is stunning especially during sunset. When it comes to food the resort prepare a wide range of buffet line for the day. Friendly staff and clean resort room. Overall the service can be improve but generally Im satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was suitable for a family and for those who prefer to relax. The view from our room was fascinating and breathtaking. Their food is super tasty. We only need 5 to 10 minutes to access food places and a trip package to Pasar Semporna. We will book this hotel again once we come back to Semporna.

All the team and the manager are very nice and kind. They support us to book boat tours and provide all information. Everything organized, picked up from the hotel, food and drinks. The breakfast is ok with Chinese food mainly. The rooms (small wooden chalets) are very well decorated and well equipped. Clean and comfortable! The bathroom is very convenient and clean. We really recommend this place if you stay in Semporna. The only issue, it is a little bit far but the manager can help you to find a way to reach the center.

Good reviews. It's a rare opportunity to go with my parents. It's my first time to Malaysia and I don't have much experience. I arrived early in the morning and although it's not time to check in, the boss immediately arranged for us to check in and personally took us to the town. This place basically covers all the activities of island tours. For a novice like me, this is the right choice. Also, the town is really small and the environment is a bit dirty and messy. I should book all the rooms in a homestay. The environment is beautiful and the atmosphere is leisurely. I will book this place again next time. Also, they also provide seafood processing here. The price is very affordable. The seafood bought in the town is directly processed. The taste is very nice and it cures our Chinese stomach

Environment: The room was small and quite old, like a small guesthouse in a third-tier city in China. You could see the sea from the room, though. The bathroom was tiny. Service: The front desk was very slow when checking us in; people who arrived after us were already done. It said they offered Chinese service, but it was just a tiny bit, really just a tiny bit. However, they did provide breakfast vouchers which you could redeem on the first floor. Hygiene: When we pulled back the covers, the bedding was wrinkled. We initially thought it hadn't been changed, but even after they supposedly changed it, it was still wrinkled. Maybe that's just how it is.

Before leaving, I was worried about the sanitation in Semporna. A friend recommended a Chinese hotel to me. It was far better than I expected. The hotel facilities were excellent, the environment was very clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. The owner truly cares about the hotel, and everything from the amenities to the service is very attentive. The hotel has great facilities and a great location. The balcony offers a view of the beach, and it's a 3-minute walk to the pier. I'll only stay at this hotel when I visit Semporna next time. I won't consider any other hotels. Semporna is truly beautiful.
