Perfect location especially since it’s right next to the ferry port and you don’t have to drag your bags through the sand so that was a plus. The prices for the excursions are overpriced compared to the other places on the beach but the service was great. No complaints!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is on the small Perhentian Island, there's private transfer, and the hotel is beautifully landscaped (we'll pump up our legs and butt). The all-inclusive system offers several options with and without excursions. Excursions include several types of snorkeling and a sunset yacht ride. SUP and kayak rentals are available. You can swim from the pier (the pier is private) or to the left, there's a beach shared by two hotels. The food is delicious, ordered à la carte (buffet breakfast). The menu is primarily Italian, but also features Malaysian and Indian cuisine. There's a main restaurant and a bar with a full menu near the sea. Alcoholic beverages include beer and red and white Australian wines. The grounds are incredibly green, beautiful, and well-maintained. There's an infinity pool, shallow but with a gorgeous view. The rooms are comfortable and have access to a terrace. The reception staff is very friendly and will help and advise you. The service is excellent.

The room is large, with a courtyard, and a little bit of a Maldivian feel, but no hair dryer was found. The food is good, the taste is OK, the ingredients are fresh, and it is slightly more expensive than other nearby restaurants. The service is still quite enthusiastic, especially the on-demand food service staff for breakfast, who are very enthusiastic and proactively ask if there are any dishes that need to be ordered. Proactive service is precious and feels very good. However, the front desk service is perfunctory, seemingly enthusiastic but not solving the problem. After waiting for a long time, no one took the initiative to tell us that we can check in. We went to the front desk to ask, and a few chatty waitresses smiled and said that it was ok now. When we left, we missed the boat because the front desk arranged to wait for the water taxi. Obviously, we were very anxious and asked many times, but the front desk told us that there was no problem. The boat is often late. I asked them to call the shipping company to inform us that we have not boarded the boat yet, and I guess there was no communication. I was speechless. The service to customers should not be just superficial enthusiasm. I hope to really solve problems for guests instead of creating problems.

The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Even though it's a public area and there were island-hopping tourists around, it didn't bother us at all. Fadln, a waiter in the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and kind. My child doesn't eat seafood, and the only dish he really liked – a clear beef stew – was out of stock. Fadln apologized sincerely and managed to make amends. He even offered to comp our dinner, but I didn't accept; I didn't want to make things difficult for him over that. However, the front desk staff really need to improve their efficiency. After checking out, I realized I'd left a complete tea set in the room. The staff tried to sort it out over the phone for 20 minutes without success. Eventually, I had to raise my voice and tell her to follow me to retrieve it. When we got there, the room door wasn't even closed. It took less than three minutes to get it done. That was a minor hiccup, but overall, this resort is definitely worth staying at.

Budget hotel a couple of minutes walk from Long Beach. You can also walk to the opposite side of Coral Beach. We lived in a room with a fan. Of course, things dry very poorly, towels smell of dampness after one wash, but we were given new ones at the first request. The hotel also booked a tour of the beaches, took into account our preferences. The water is not cold in the shower. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, but the furniture and all the furnishings are quite worn out. At night, you can hear noise from the street, since the path to the beach runs along the hotel. In general, you can stay for 4 nights. We lived in three hotels on the islands, this is the simplest, but also the most budget.

We stayed in a chalet. The chalet was very basic, without a cupboard, a shelf... but really spacious. The bathroom was also large, the shower jet was very weak. The artificial grass in front of the door was inconvenient, just wooden planks would have been much more practical. All in all we were quite satisfied with the location and the spacious room. We thought the price was way too high for what we got, and the staff hardly seemed to know anything. One young man was very friendly but quite helpless, the others were not friendly. One man even looked at you disapprovingly when you brought something to the fridge, because he thought it was unthinkable that a can of beer would be put in his fridge.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location and super friendly staff. It's a 30-meter walk from the boat pier and a 10-minute walk to Long Beach. A good restaurant at the hotel, but much more expensive than the restaurants around, but the quality is similar. Every evening you can watch a movie in the cinema. Breakfast is pretty bad - a small selection of dishes, sometimes no meat at all, little fruit, chemical juice, in general they save a lot on breakfast. Their excursions are also more expensive than you can buy elsewhere. But I repeat that the staff is wonderful and very friendly.

We stayed at the resort for five nights and have very mixed feelings: - the property is very nicely designed - the pool is very large, as is the breakfast area - the rooms are spacious (there were three of us in a quadruple room) - the beach where the property is located is very beautiful and quiet. Several organized tours depart from here to discover the most beautiful beaches, and there are several points from which to catch taxi boats to find the cheapest one. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but there are several cheaper and very good options on the beach. - it's a great place to relax. - the front desk helped us with a water problem on our phone by giving us rice. - there's a clothesline outside every room on the upper floors. - overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Every morning we had to request a room cleaning at reception, yet they only made the beds, but never cleaned the bathroom or the floor. We also had to ask reception to replace the towels and toilet paper. - One day there was no water in the room; in the evening it came back, but it was full of sand and unusable. They gave us the option of showering in the pool. - One morning the power went out. - There was no hair dryer, even upon request, nor was there laundry service (they told us to go to another hotel on the beach). - The breakfast was generous but of poor quality. - The pool was very large and beautiful, but not well-maintained. - Overall, everything was very nice, but very poorly maintained. - The bathroom always smelled bad, and the shower water wasn't always hot. For a few nights and with a little adjustment, it's a nice place, but you can't expect European standards despite the property's great potential.
