1. There's basically no service to speak of. The bellhop won't help with luggage. I requested an extra comforter and found yellow stains. When I spoke to the front desk, they simply said, ”Then I'll find someone to change it for you,” without a single apology. 2. There's no lifeguard at the swimming pool. 3. There was noise in the room. The first time I brought it up in the morning, I was told it was normal to have wind by the river, but they would check it out. The noise was still there at night. When I asked to change rooms, they said they couldn't do it at night. I told them I had already mentioned it that morning, and then they said if I changed rooms, it would be next to a construction site and still be noisy. I pointed out they could give me a room not next to a construction site. After a long discussion, I finally got a slightly less desirable room than before, but the noise was better, though there was still some street noise. 4. The only advantage is that the subway is 200 meters away.

I chose the executive room, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. The room was well-equipped, even featuring a large bathtub. The hotel provides complimentary bottled mineral water, and you can always ask the front desk for more if you run out. Breakfast was predominantly Western style. I was a bit pressed for time, so I didn't get a chance to check out the gym and pool.

This hotel, legendary for being nestled in a forest, has been on my wishlist forever, and I finally got to stay there this trip – and it didn't disappoint! The decor everywhere was meticulously arranged, the whole place was clean and hygienic, and it was surrounded by lush greenery, which was fantastic. I spent a whole afternoon chilling by the pool on the fifth floor, enjoying the breeze and watching the white clouds go by. It was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall. The location is very convenient, situated right in the town area, and the room rates are reasonably priced for the value offered. However, our room were located directly next to the lift, which caused some disturbance, especially late at night when it was quieter. The sound of the lift operation and the loud thudding noise were quite noticeable. We understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but it would have been appreciated if rooms further away from the lift had been allocated when available. We also understand and appreciate the hotel’s efforts towards environmental sustainability, hence the absence of bottled water in the room. As a suggestion, perhaps drinking water  could be made available at the lobby for guests, or two complimentary bottles of water could be provided in the room upon check in.  This would be more quicker to consume than having to fill with tap water and wait for it to be filtered into the provided water tank in the room.  We would like to commend the housekeeping team for their service-oriented attitude. They were thoughtful in informing us of their intention to clean the room while we were away. Thank you very much for that. We enjoyed using the swimming pool facilities as well but there were visible particles in the water. The breakfast spread was reasonable , and the service staff were friendly, attentive, and observant in ensuring items were replenished promptly. We also appreciated the flexibility shown when we requested a one-hour extension for late check-out, which was kindly granted subject to availability. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and hope the suggestions above would be considered.

Pleasant 3D2N staycation experience. Room was clean. Sufficient hooks and holding bar to hang towels and clothes in bathroom. Housekeeping returned another round to clean room when only managed to partially clean up the room during day time as guests were still occupying the room till late afternoon. Good variety/ spread of international breakfast buffet. Food quality was good. Service staff were quite prompt to clear unwanted utensils from tables. Thank you.

Housed in a century-old historic building, this hotel boasts a prime downtown location and an air of old-money elegance. The rooms are grand and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally high-quality. Breakfast is quite good; while the variety might not be as extensive as some five-star hotels back home, the quality of everything is superb. The freshly made laksa noodles and omelets were excellent, and the juices were freshly squeezed. In the room, they provided a complimentary folding fan and tickets to the Asian Civilisations Museum and the Peranakan Museum. If you have time, both museums are well worth a visit. I didn't know about the complimentary tickets beforehand and had already bought my own ticket to the Asian Civilisations Museum. The outdoor pool on the second floor offers fantastic views; even if you don't swim, I recommend going in the evening to enjoy the scenery and take some photos.

Enjoy the stay here! Very convenient as it’s located inside the mall, many restaurants to be explored. And the blackboard with white chalk which hung outside the room is too cute!

The location is superb, within walking distance of Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT stations. You'll find three or four shopping malls with plenty of dining options within a ten-minute walk. Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands are also just a 30-minute MRT ride away. A deposit is required upon check-in, and only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. During my five-day stay, all the staff I encountered only spoke English, but they were all very friendly and resolved any issues promptly. The room isn't large, but the layout is very efficient. The small table, bay window, and counter maximize the space, allowing a 24-inch suitcase to be opened flat comfortably. There's an electric kettle and complimentary filtered water, which is convenient for making tea or coffee. The mini-fridge is also handy for storing supermarket-bought yogurt and fruits. A 24-hour gym is available, and the swimming pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. If I had to mention any downsides, the air conditioning was a bit temperamental, blowing hot and cold. Also, housekeeping didn't consistently replenish amenities after cleaning, which meant I had to call the front desk to request them. On the bright side, the bed linen was changed daily. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is my 3rd time checking in to this hotel. Cause their service was great from my 1st and 2nd experience. esp their amenities and location, but when i checked in yesterday, 24/12/25. i had a horrible experience with the receptionist name “Diyana” she kept on telling me that my physical ID si not enough as a requirement for check in, she kept on insisting that she needs my passport, but i told her, i’ve been to other hotels here in SG, they never as for my passport cause i already have the IC. she asked me to go back to my house and collect my passport or else i wont be able to use my key card. i told her, my house is far away from bugis, and she told me she really need my passport, and IC is not enough. I’m so frustrated and pissed off cause it will took me 2hrs to go back and get my passpord, and she even told me that my key card will only be valid until 7pm. and she needs to see my passport by 7pm. And when i check their regulations in website, it was stated there that either physical IC or passport will do. I’m very dissappointed with what happened. And she even kept on calling to our room, telling me that the visiting hours is until 10:30pm, when i checked the time. its only 8pm. I thought i will have a good time with one of the fav hotels in SG, but because of your staff “Diyana”, she made my stay with alot hassle and worst experience with Pan Pacific.
