Excellent service that made us so comfortable and the breakfast is so delicious with a wide variety. Their traditional welcome drink (also served at breakfast) is so delicious. We also ate dinner in the hotel one of the nights and the food was consistently good with an enjoyable live music performance. We left our phone charger in the hotel when checking out and the hotel even messaged me and offered to send it to me within IDR100k freight cost. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Location is right at the centre of Marlioboro, right next to a few shopping malls. The rooftop pool is the place my kids spent most of their time. The customer service is exceptional, they are always helpful. The room fridge is though not functioning and was advised by the hotel that it's a display cabinet only, which is a bit odd. The hair-dryer is working but it will probably take me one hour to dry my hair with. I'd recommend bringing your own hair-dryer.

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.

the location is very good as it is only some hundred meters from the railway station. Arriving by train for us it was perfect and strategically convenient for the next tourism day. Unexpectedly this hotel is recent and in good conditions, quiet and clean. No particular noises or disturbing situations. The room was in well kept and silent, the bed was very large and confortable, temperature and A/C manageable, towels clean and in cood conditions without rips or cuts. The breakfast is excellent and the crew very polite and available. Great experience.
