Merdeka Hotel map

This is a hotel steeped in history. While the location isn't in the city center, it offers a wonderful sense of tranquility. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The rooms are spacious with powerful air conditioning, and the historic elevator is a unique feature worth mentioning. Lastly, while the breakfast selection is simple, the quality is excellent!

Tilam ada kesan air, darah (myb darah nyamuk), ada lipas masa Sy stay Dua hari. Sy bunuh lipas tu. Bilik Sy rm100+- semalam. Sy tak sure bilik mahal mcm mn.

Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel being long time ago (seems to be the first hotel with elevator in Kluang) While the ceiling and walls appear to have been repainted, the carpet seemed a bit musty. The room is spacious but basic in setup. The shower is acceptable as the water pressure not fantastic. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesnt seem to login, so just rely on data. parking is just right outside the hotel.

Overall is okay, amenities and service, breakfast is acceptable, not bad for the stay

Very disappointed with my stay. The TV channels were not clear at all. Other reviews mentioned the staff were friendly, but I did not find them friendly or helpful. Breakfast was cold and quite lousy. WiFi connection was very bad. My special request was not fulfilled. Overall, not worth the price and I would not recommend this place.
