The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is not diverse, but clean and well-equipped. It's a little away from the dock, but it's quiet and there are many small shops around. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, so you can always go into the ocean and snorkel. You can also watch the sunset from the restaurant in front of the beach. Unfortunately, there was no place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, it was perfect. When I come back to Gilly, I will stay again.

hands down the best resort i’ve ever stayed in! this whole establishment is so aesthetically pleasing and staff were all so friendly that they would greet us with a big smile every time they saw us - couldn’t be more welcoming! we stayed at a one-bedroom villa for three nights and it was just amazing - the villa was very clean and bed was comfy. the bathroom is pretty and spacious too! there’s one time where we witnessed how they did housekeeping in front of us and they had high hygiene standards which i appreciate very much! i’d say i’ve made the right choice choosing this resort over the others as they’ve also got the perfect sunset view and it’s the most epic one i had so far. cheers to cocana and gili T, will come back for sure!

This was my first trip to Gili Trawangan after about 12 years ago. I was much surprised about the change in the Island. Since i didn't know what to expect, i booked Aston hotel, which i am very familiar with. After arriving there and drove thru the island, i was indeed sure that i made the right choice in choosing Aston Hotel. From the Staff to all the gardener, cleaning crews, they are all very polite and friendly. I spent my evenings by the beach watching the movies offered every night from the hotel while sipping my wine with an order of Pizza. The Pizza was excellent. The price for all the foods in the menu was affordable, not pricey to my surprise. The room was cozy and clean. Definitely my choice again when i am back to Gili Trawangan.

Hotel itself is nice and in very good location. Amenities are nice. But they have to improve service. I had several problems: gave me different type of room, had to switch to another one and a new one was without pillows and towels. It took them 1 hour to make it happen.

Ombak Sunset Lombok is a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet, with exceptionally friendly staff who ensure rooms are kept very clean. The spacious rooms and large swimming pool add to the relaxing experience. However, to reach the town center, a bicycle or electric scooter is recommended. Overall, a lovely retreat for a restful stay!

Villa is situated not far away from the ferry terminal. About 10-15mins walk. It would be good if hotel can provide free bicycle rental service instead of charging because there is a distance to walk in from the main pavement to the villa. Service staff were very friendly and efficient. Villa itself is pretty basic, room size is abit small but the shower room is huge and pretty. The swimming pool in the middle of the villas looks gorgeous in day and at night.

Perfect location on Gili T, next to beautiful beach and all the bars and restaurants, but still secluded. There is an adults only pool, which is a nice idea. But… The rooms are ok, but not worth the price, even if you’re lucky to get a nice one. We needed to change the first room, because of dirt and broken outdoor furniture. The facility is not well maintained, like missing tiles or broken stuff on the pool. Service quality is maximum average. No service staff or towels on the second pool, had to walk for a while to find someone, who found someone to get a pool towel 😅 breakfast is average, but dinner was really good and high quality.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the rooms with private plunge pool; it was a great feature and made our stay unique. The outdoor bathroom was another unique feature, it was very cool but meant sometimes there would be insects. The hotel is located on beach on the east of the island where the boats dock and where most of the higher end bars/restaurants are. Also where most of the main party spots are. As soon as you walk out, you can hear the loud music. Thankfully we couldn’t hear this from the room. Breakfast was outstanding and the view from the restaurant stunning.

My mom and I were at the hotel! The hotel is for girls! The location is good, but you can't swim in the sea near the hotel) you need to ride 3-5 minutes (by bike) or walk 10-15 minutes to the central line with a gentle slope into the water). The service is excellent, all the staff is helpful. Upon check-in they gave us gifts - anklets for the leg or arm) there were hair ties in the rooms). It was nice, they always left gifts in the room, pleasant surprises: a toy turtle, cookies, hair clips) they wrote new phrases on the mirror) we went for a massage - we were given a discount coupon. The massage is magical) In the evening, music plays at the hotel, a guy with a fire show performs. The breakfasts are divine and very tasty!!!! We ate enough for the whole day ahead!!! I definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Samba Villas for 5 nights and loved the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean and were spacious. Good location and truly enjoyed the area. The staff greets you with a smile and willing to help in any way. We had back messages for a 1/2 hour every night and even got pedicures. Would highly recommend.
