Really liked the hotel. It was on the sunset side, the grounds were well-maintained, and the breakfasts were decent. We rented bikes right at the hotel. They had 3 pools. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

A great hotel for those seeking peace and quiet. It's located on the opposite side from the noisy port (about a 15-20 minute ride by horse cart or bike). You can rent bikes directly from the hotel, which is super convenient for getting around the island. The beach in front of the hotel is rocky, so you can't go into the water without water shoes. The grounds are very beautiful, and the sunsets at this hotel are truly the best on the island.

The stay at Ombak Sunset was really worth the price. Sunsets from the adjacent beach are absolutely stunning and food and service at the hotel was great.

I booked 2 rooms here for 3 nights, I thought I was booking Ombak Villas which is their sister hotel as the pics look the same.  It’s obviously a mistake a lot of people make as when you book in they have a little map which shows both hotels that they point at.  I asked could  I have a refund for the room or partial refund and they declined resulting in me paying twice.  It’s of course my own fault , but it’s out of season and the resort  is quiet so I think a little  more flexibility from the hotel chain could have been much better.
