I kept telling me that I was sorry for being late, and I was embarrassed that this perfect room service is the quality of Kaiyuan in my impression.
Next, I will say that the Chinese restaurant in the catering department of the pull down, it is really a long time to see, I really doubt that the Chinese restaurant is outsourced by Kaiyuan. In the 40-degree weather, I was too lazy to take the baby to eat outside. I planned to go down at night in the Chinese restaurant. As soon as the 4 large and 2 small elevators came out, I found a waiter to ask where the restaurant lobby was. As a result, the waiter's aunt looked inexplicable. After the reaction, I pointed to the place of ”Four Seasons”. I don't care about this attitude. I guess the Chinese restaurant specializes in private room business. After a meeting, I saw that the other 2 tables had not been served. The air conditioner in the room was as hot as if it was not turned on. I told the tall waiter that we had 1 table in the lobby to let the dishes hurry up and the air conditioner was lowered. She immediately said in a strange tone: We have other private rooms, not just your table, In addition, the air conditioner was turned on because the door was open. At this point, I didn't want to say much anymore. I left with my family and children quickly after eating. Even if I gave me a 10% discount at the checkout, I was not in a good mood. In short, I will not come again in this hotel's Chinese restaurant. I also recommend that individual guests do not come, do not come if they order less, and do not come if they have a bad temper. Kaiyuan Hotel is generally good, but because of the pull of the Chinese restaurant, I will not stay again next time.
