I stayed in this villa for six nights and was very satisfied overall. We stayed in two villas during our stay. The air conditioning in our first villa wasn't working, so the staff proactively moved us to a different one for the second day. Their service and initiative were excellent and should be commended. The chef prepared breakfast daily, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh! The rooftop view of the ocean and sunset was absolutely stunning!

After 7 years, I came to Phuket again and booked this villa🏡 Except that it may not be convenient for travel, I really like it! Suitable for a family trip

Everything is good except that I didn't see it as a three-story building in the introduction... I thought it was a flat before I went there, but when I got there, I found it was a three-story villa. It was a bit tiring to go up and down every day. Also, except for the central air conditioner in the master bedroom, all other rooms have split air conditioners, and they are all facing the bed. You need to turn it manually, otherwise it will be uncomfortable. Someone comes to make breakfast on site every day, although there are fewer varieties. Overall it's good. Also, it's best to drive yourself to stay here! If you don't drive yourself, choose carefully

The hygiene is super bad, even worse than basic domestic chain fast hotels. We spent more than 8,000 yuan to stay here for one night. We were screwed. We originally booked three nights. As soon as we entered the room, we immediately contacted Ctrip and the response was the same as what we saw on Ctrip. Firstly, the photos do not match this. Secondly, the hygiene and environment are too poor. We asked to check out. The negotiation on the first night was fruitless. Ctrip asked us to stay there for now. On the second and third days, we decided not to stay. They asked us to check out first. Looking at other hotels, who knows, just like this, when we were preparing to take a shower at night, we found that there was no hot water yet. What the hell! ! ! ! It’s ridiculous that a hotel like this can still survive! So far, Ctrip has not given me a solution, which means that the hotel is unwilling to refund the room fee for the two nights we did not stay. Oh my god! The agents and hotels that Ctrip cooperates with actually engage in blatant money grabbing.

The room is very good and spacious, which is enough for a family of 6. Someone comes to make breakfast every morning, and the room is cleaned very well. The sea view is in the living room on the third floor and the rooftop on the fourth floor, but it is too far from the sea. If the weather is bad, you can only see the gray. Overall, I am very satisfied

I came here with friends to play and the environment is very good. It’s just a little far at the top, haha, but overall it’s pretty good. It’s great for taking photos. The TV on the first floor is nice to play games with friends.

服務人員都很nice，幫我延遲退了房！這是我住過第二次的別墅，非常適合一大家子8口人住這 ！小孩子們特別喜歡！別墅有四件卧室，空間很大，有露台 帶個泳池和廚房，想自己做飯可以海鮮市場或超市買回來自己做！ 就是路標不是很明顯，希望在路口貼個牌子！交通不是很便利必須打車，走路20分鐘也可以到超市！離卡塔海灘和普及大佛很近！早

Lovely Villa, clean, great view, pool is small but adequate. Great for a family. BUT! One big problem for me was no privacy, no peace. The staff come in and out of the villa all day and it’s really uncomfortable for me. I had to ask over and over again for them to leave. On two different occasions there was a man wondering round as I sunbathed, I felt so uncomfortable. No one use doorbell they just walk in like I’m not paying for villa and for privacy. I was so upset by it I told the housekeeper but she still outside my room with a bucket and mop waiting for me to leave. No. It’s not relaxing. Very bad experience and no one cared when I explain I don’t like it. I Would not go back. They didn’t try to fix my problems they ignored it. The villa is not yours to enjoy they behave like you not allowed to use as they always watch you inside the house.

My mom, my sister, and I just returned from our stay at Kata Sea View Villa! The three bedrooms, family dinners on the terrace, and breathtaking sunset views were great for us. 💞 The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the villa felt like a home away from home. My friends and I booked this place to explore the natural beauty around Phuket, and we have no regrets. It's a short taxi ride to Kata Beach from the villa. Excellent service from staff, the in villa facilities and huge living space made our stay comfortable.🤗 I’ll definitely miss the taste of the breakfast prepared daily by the housekeeper and also food from Splendid Cafe.💕 Thank you for such a unique experience in Phuket; it was definitely worth the price!
