This was my fourth stay at the JR Clement, and I keep going back because it's always a good experience staying there! This time I booked a more spacious room, the deluxe double, which had a great view across the city to the mountains from both the bedroom and the bathroom, with the sea and cute island of Ozuchishima visible to the right. In the past, I've had lovely views of the port and castle from smaller rooms. I think all the rooms have views of some sort. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a larger space with a bigger desk, plus a small table and easy chairs by the window. There was a generous daily allocation of toiletries (in packets rather than bottles which was good) - loved the lavender bubble bath, and the Olive Energy products were excellent. The hotel provides a daily newspaper as well. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn't eat in the restaurants (I think there are three), but don't miss the delicious cakes and pastries from the in-house bakery! The location is perfect, at Takamatsu Port two minutes from the JR Station, and across the road from Takamatsu Castle/Tamamo Park and Takamatsu-chikko Station. There is also a busy bus hub (including for airport buses) and taxi rank. Many shops and eateries close by. It's lovely to walk by the sea without having to travel to do it. Great sunsets! From the port you can catch ferries or fast boats to Naoshima, the other the art islands and Shodoshima. It's about a 2km walk to my favourite garden, Ritsurin Koen, or you can catch a train from Takamatsu-chikko. Already re-booked for this year!

- the room is small and typical of such chain hotel - located right in front of Takamatsu JR station - trams stops are a short walking distance away - convenience store also require small amount of walking - the room’s window “opened” to the wall of the next building (it’s so near you can touch it, just 10cm apart!) - overall not much issues but not a memorable place. Does it’s job as an overnight accommodation. - front desk ladies were polite but sterile

The owner is very kind and tells me about the delicious shops nearby, and I am really grateful. The port and station are very convenient for visiting the islands at the distance in front of you. It's like a share house and it's easy to live in, and I think that if there is no corona, the number of residents will increase.

The front desk was warm and friendly, but the room layout was very strange. After entering, I found that the location of the bed was facing the mirror and I felt uncomfortable... The towel was not clean and there was blood. After I went back, I had a red cockroach on my face. It was not recommended.

Most of the guests from foreign countries. The best thing was that I rented a bicycle. I wanted to go to the famous Udon and I was tired to walk from the train station. On the way, it seems to be popular for local high school students. I was able to buy ”Mayonnaise topping karafuki” at a karafuki shop. It was good to see a big tree in the shopping street. The front desk was kind. Overall, the facilities are old but close to the station and can stay cheaply. This is enough to be satisfied.

In fact, the hotel's facilities are very good and the rooms are very clean. However, the only drawback is that because it is an unmanned hotel, it is not friendly to foreigners. There is no password to enter when checking in, and we cannot make calls. Fortunately, there are guests. When we came in and out, we were able to enter the hotel. The computer crashed a bit, and the check-out machine also crashed. We had to put in the key and leave.

It is a hotel a little far from JR Takamatsu Station and close to Kotoden Kawaramachi Station. It is a 20-minute walk from Takamatsu Station. It is located just a short walk through the shopping street and central shopping street in Hyogo Town and a turn. There are many drinkers around the hotel, but it was quieter than I expected. It's a hotel with a separate bath and toilet, but you may have different tastes because the washbasin is next to the bed. I thought it would be nice if the washbasin was a little bigger. The room is a large carry bag, and it is a little severe, so if the consecutive night period is long, it seems better to squeeze the necessary luggage.

The location is just above the shopping mall. Below is the longest covered commercial street in Japan, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. The room is not too big and has everything you need. The smoking room where we stayed didn't have any cigarette smell. Breakfast is in another restaurant on the second floor, which is quite good. It only takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to Takamatsu Station and Takamatsu Port, and you can basically reach it by walking slowly through the commercial street.

The location is good, there is a supermarket opposite, next to the lively pedestrian street, 3 minutes walk from the small train. There is a famous noodle restaurant next to it. It is one of the 100 famous restaurants in Japan. The taste is very good and the price is affordable. You can try it. The hotel’s Japanese-style rooms are spacious, but the equipment is old. The hot springs only have a small pool. When I went to live on weekends, I met many young Japanese people who might be engaged in activities. They were noisy until one or two in the evening, and they were still shouting at parties Call, seriously affect the quality of sleep. It is estimated that it is a good choice if it is not so noisy.

A hotel with a club lounge is good. I chose this hotel because it is the most rated hotel in Takamatsu and the lounge. The interior is made of wood, brown-based, and has a calm and nice atmosphere. The room is a bit small, but it is quite easy to use because there is a dedicated desk for work. The lighting in the room seemed to be a little dark to match the wooden eyes, and the work at night was a little difficult. The web is comfortable, the location is close to Kawaramachi Station, and the shopping street is also close. It is conveniently located and has a luxury hotel, so I think it is quite good. Let's use it if we have the next chance to come.

Accommodation is a small gift, female friends like it, soaking up too little time (because there is only one room, exchange between boys and girls), and the space is very small, making people breathe and change oxygen a little tired. The room space is also very small, two people's luggage is opened, almost full of aisles; Breakfast is rich, semi-self-service, things have to be cleaned by yourself. But it is very close to the station and it is very convenient to take the bus.

The staff was kind and polite. The bed, shower, washbasin and toilet are clean. The washing machine and dryer felt a little old, but it was not functionally problematic. Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage until 22 o'clock, so you can sightsee in a light state. The location is very good, within walking distance of tile town station, and the shopping street is close, so it is not troublesome for food. You can get a map of the surrounding area with the recommended shops.Among the shopping streets, there are many fashionable shops such as ”Machinoshore 963” in the area that will be relatively newly developed. You can also walk to Takamatsu Station. There are two points that I was a little worried about. One is that there is no shelf that can put a smartphone in the bed space. There is a gap between the mattress and the bed frame, so you can put things there. I thought it would be better if there was a shelf that could put small things. The other one is quite fine, but the key holder corner of the locker key is pointed and painful... I was a little scared... There was a little concern, but I think it is perfect for sightseeing bases because it is clean and comfortable and the location is good.

This hotel is the biggest surprise of the trip to Japan's four islands! Let me talk about the only bad place first. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. There is no public transportation nearby. It is not easy to walk from the city. If you live for a few days, it is not convenient to go to Takamatsu City. If you stay for one night, it is particularly convenient. Ctrip did not write, but the hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus at Takamatsu Station on the day of check-in. You need to call the front desk more than one hour in advance to pick up and drop off at the hour. It can be from 3 pm to 7 pm; Checkin can take you back to Takamatsu Station at about 9 or 10 the next morning. And the good places: 1. This time, the cheapest room is set, but it is not small in Japan, and the bed is particularly comfortable. It is in the form of a suite. The photos given by the hotel do not reflect the advantages at all; next time you must experience the superior room; 2. The scenery of the big bath is very good at night, the night view of Takamatsu is panoramic, the hot spring is also good, and the skin is slippery after soaking; 3. Open-air balcony coffee juice popsicles are provided free of charge, and there is foot soup to soak; 4. If you bring children and like trains, the downstairs is the Takamatsu vehicle section, which is absolutely cool; 5. The price is also very affordable. When I stayed, it was more than 100 more expensive than the budget hotel in the city. It was definitely worth the fare!

Sanuki Onsen is a hotel located in Yasuhara Kamihigashi, Shionoe-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. This time, the grandmother made full use of various discounts, and the two-person suite room with two meals dinner was 9,900 yen in the room! I stayed at a bargain price. On August 5th, 2022, I walked through Sanuki Kodomo no Kuni. From there, we drove to Sanuki Onsen. About 30 cars can be parked under the building and on the ground. The catchphrase is “Takamatsu no Okuzashiki”. The lobby looks like this. The large public bath is accessed from the first floor by a connecting passageway. You can take a bath until 10:30 at night and from 6:00 in the morning. Bring towels from your room. Since this day is a room on the 4th floor, I will move by elevator. When you enter the entrance, you will find yourself in a Japanese-style room. The scenery from the window is like this. The Kabagawa Dam rises in front of you. The bedroom is next door. A table is set in the next room. refrigerator. The toilet has a warm water seat. closet. Wash basin. I'm going to the public bath, so I probably won't use it, but there's a bathtub, and it seems that hot springs will come out. It's a former condominium converted into a three-room suite. Even before coming here, I saw several such resort apartments. Wi-Fi is about 10 Mbps, so it's enough. There was no slowdown during peak hours. The hot spring here is Toro Toro, it was my favorite hot spring in Shikoku. However, it is far to move about 30 meters from the main building to the hot spring building. From there, you have to go down the stairs to get to the public bath. The first open-air bath is nearby. However, to get to the second open-air bath, you have to walk another 50 meters along the connecting corridor. However, the second open-air bath was right next to the river and was very nice. It was inconvenient that there was no outlet near the bed. Dinner is served in the room. Sashimi and dessert. The main dish is tempura. Then came the duck pot. First of all, toast with draft beer and lemon chuhai. This time the meal was the cheapest course, but this is enough for my grandfather and grandmother. The next morning, I took a walk to Kabagawa Dam. After returning from a walk and sweating in the hot springs, it's time for breakfast. The breakfast venue is the restaurant on the first floor. It's a standard menu of Japanese food, mainly grilled fish that went too far (sweat;). After eating, we drove on. The first international trip after the new crown epidemic ended chose to play in the four countries of Japan. During the Golden Week in Japan, the price of accommodation generally rose. I chose Wakabaya, which has a lot of praise, and the price is slightly higher than usual. The short two-day stay is very comfortable, the double room on the second floor is very quiet, and even the presence of other guests is not felt, not like the atmosphere of the general youth hostel. Even compared to youth hostels elsewhere in Japan, the hostel owner is very hospitable, fluent in English (Mongolian may be more fluent), and the experience of staying here is very different and closer to the feeling of a Japanese hotel. Wakabaya's official website has many bilingual travel guides written by hotel owners, accompanied by Google Maps positioning messages, and the introduction mostly from the perspective of locals, will give you a different travel inspiration, easy to arrange the itinerary. A famous and early Udon noodles within a 10-minute walk of the hotel is worth a visit (if the queue is less than half an hour). The hotel is quite complete, the water purifier provides more reassuring drinking water, the living room is always equipped with hot and cold tea, the bathroom is clean and tidy and equipped with a Japanese-style bathtub. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from the Garden Station. The train at the Garden Station is 15 minutes away from the off-peak period. Check the timetable in advance. The train is running until late, so don't worry about not going back too late. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, set a code lock at night, very safe. Room space is small but adequate and complete with accessories. Also, you can rent something from the host.

The location is very good, the station side, a few minutes walk to the port, the old lady is very good service, during the festival, Clemsons skyrocketed, no other hotel, just the standard size double bed for this family, it was only to find out that it was their own In fact, it is only one meter four or one meter five wide, the hotel is very old, the pillow is filled with hard things like plastic, and finally checked out early.

I used it for a day trip bath. It seems that 3/11 was closed, but I heard that it has resumed business. Bath towels are charged, but small towels are free. The shoe box at the entrance of the dressing room is small, so large shoes may have trouble storing. There is a free coin locker with a key in the dressing room, so you can rest assured that you can take a day trip bath. There are indoor baths and open-air baths. I have the impression that the open-air bath had a strong chlorine odor. The indoor bath did not smell so much chlorine. There is also a free hair dryer. It is also close to Takamatsu Airport, so it is recommended to use it before flight. Parking is also free.
