I was confused because I hadn't received the code that was supposed to be sent to me at check-in, but I'm glad that they helped me over the phone.

駅や商店街も近く利便性がよかったです。
給湯器エラーが発生して連絡させていただいた際は深夜であるにも関わらず、丁寧な対応をしてくださりありがたかったです。
ただ、洗濯機があって浴室乾燥もあってよかったのですが、物干し竿的なものがなくバスタオルが干せる大きいハンガーもなかったので持参しなければいけないのが少し不便でした。
