|2.73km from downtownThe moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the staff, I knew it was going to be an incredible trip. To start, the location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What made the trip extra special was the head concierge, Alexsander. It was my first time in Canada and he told me so much about the history of some buildings and recommended all the places to go. He even took the extra step to walk my friend and me to Palate Kitchen around the corner to make sure we didn’t get lost and introduced us to the hostess. It was such an incredible level of customer service that I haven’t ever experienced , even when staying at other 5 star hotels. All the recommendations of sites to see made our trip absolutely perfect . The overnight front desk agent even offered me water and offered to call a cab when my Uber cancelled for my 5am flight. The other employee working that shift even carried my luggages to the car in the rain and waited with me outside until they were there. The room was spotless and so beautiful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We were also given a handwritten card with Rosé upon arrival as well as breakfast vouchers and early check in. Thank you so much to the staff for making my vacation so magical. I can’t wait to refer my friends vacationing to stay at this hotel. What a special experience! Also, the breakfast and restaurant staff was phenomenal !

|3.65km from downtownWe were in town to attend a family birthday which did not include dinner so I chose this hotel because i wanted to go to the iconic Tiki Bar. Upon checking in we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room with mostly original decor still being used that gave it the iconic vibe. When we decided it was time to eat we found out from the desk girl that all the eating establishments at the hotel were closed for renovation. This should have been divulged at the time I booked; it is important information as there is no places close by to eat & the price of the room was not discounted to reflect the lack of facilities. We were also concerned about the safety of our vehicle but everything was fine & we were surprised how quiet it’s was (we were facing the rear parking area). The bed was comfy & we slept well.

|1.61km from downtownThe airport is on the Canadian line, under the town of Yale, and the subway is just across the road. At the door of the hotel, a few minutes to the right, there is a locomotive showroom where the staff warmly introduces Vancouver's tourist attractions. After going through this showroom, walk a few more minutes and get to the beach. This is the water bus, and you can get more than four Canadian dollars to Granville Island. Stroll around the island, walk to the Vancouver Maritime Museum, then walk to the town, take bus number 7, get off at Gastown, walk from Gastown to Canada Square, watch Leap Canada, great, take the Canada Plaza, sit The Canadian line returned to the hotel in two stops. There is no need to talk about the hotel room, comfortable, clean, very comfortable to bathe, breakfast is a set meal, delicious. good service. The hotel staff is warm and courteous.

|6.39km from downtownI chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF:
(1) airport shuttle is more punctual
(2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection)
(3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining
(4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter
(5) The lift works smarter..
What I like:
(1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area
(2) The staff are nice

|3.69km from downtownBreakfast is superb, not taste, is the location of the restaurant, directly to the sea, the taste is Western food order, very good, with a tip of less than one hundred people, feels cheaper than other hotels to buy meals. In addition, this hotel has no relationship with Zhang Aijia. The hotel is the English name of the daughter of the architect more than 100 years ago. Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.

|2.55km from downtownThe hotel is located in the old city center, relatively old, and there are many homeless people nearby at night. The hotel room is relatively large, it is a small suite. The breakfast is basically Western-style, not self-service, you need to order, English is difficult to order, and the service staff will ask for tips. Check-in is only possible at three or four in the afternoon.

|3.96km from downtownThe location is superb, just beside Stanley Park, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk left and walk. There are running lanes and bicycle lanes in the park, and each lane does not interfere with each other and is very safe. Walk along the park to the Rose Garden and Aquarium, or walk to Second Beach. Two blocks from the hotel to the right is Den*** street, there is a fruit shop at two intersections to the right, at the intersection, his family's apples and oranges are delicious and cheap, until 9 o'clock in the evening. There is a big living supermarket across the road. Everything is there. Compared to several supermarkets, his family's things are the cheapest and the cherries are super delicious. Bus 5 is on this street and you can sit directly in the city centre or at Burrard Sky Station. The hotel itself has no special features. There is no courtyard. It is a four-story apartment. It is a suite. The two-room single-bath Basic Suite was originally booked. Two rooms were required at the time of booking. At the time, it was there. After arriving at the hotel, It was told that only the high-price double-room type was available. After flying for more than ten hours, I was too lazy to fight again. I added 50 knives every night to make an upgrade. The hotel does not provide slippers, dental equipment, etc. The kitchen equipment is very complete. There are ovens, microwave ovens, and cooking. It can provide larger knives and cutting boards. Of course, it is incomparable with domestic ones. It can be used together, and can also provide rice cookers. And the conversion plug, but only a single request. The overall price/performance ratio is OK, suitable for family outings.

|4.77km from downtownTo set the context I am a seasoned hotel/motel traveler, having over 900 nights stays in the last 10 years alone. This is the 1st time I will be writing a terrible review for a business. I was excited to find this place as I was travelling with my 2 dogs and liked the cottage style accommodations and green space. I was personally excited by the history of this establishment and all of the TV shows and Movies filmed there over the years. I pulled into the parking lot to check in at 2pm and was informed by the front desk person that check in was at 4pm and there was NO way my room would be ready until 4pm. I did note that I thought 4pm was a bit of a late check in time, and the clerk told that ”it is common place for most hotels and motels to have a check in at 4pm”, I quickly noted that in over 900 hotel stays this was the first place that had that late a check in. I asked him if there was nay chance that the room might be ready before 4pm, noting that i had 2 dogs that were tired from there travels in the car, the response was quick and emphatic NO! Telling me again that check in is at 4pm, like I had not heard that the first time. I stayed very calm and said well if the room is ready before the 4pm check in time here is my cell # and if you could kindly give me a call. I then set off for some lunch and a long walk with the dogs (both senior dogs 16 &14). I returned at 3:45pm and found a new person at the front check and asked if my room was ready? The answer ”sorry it has not been cleaned yet”, ”okay can you tell me the room number so I can at least park and prepare to unload?” he did tell me the number and i found the room. As check in was now only 15 minuets away we could wait out those 15 mins. At 3;50pm i watched a very under motivated cleaning person arrive and slowly proceed to clean the room. I had a 5:30pm appointment in Port Moody with my daughter and her husband and their dog so i was i a bit of a hurry. I went back the the hotel lobby at 4:10 pm and said BTW it's now 4:10 can i have my keys? The reply was ”well we haven't finished cleaning the room yet” , I returned with ”i thought check in was 4pm and it's now 10 after 4”. Okay I was still very calm and though no need to get excited or angry at this person because he clearly DOES NOT CARE. So we waited and I returned at 4:30 as time was getting tight for my plans. ”Is my room ready now?” , ”oh there seems to be a problem with the sink” - ”ok when will the sink be fixed? ” ” I don't know but I have called maintenance' , ”ok when will maintenance arrive”, ”I really don't know” not the answers I was looking for, ”ok do you have another room?” answer ”No” - ”okay when to you expect that I can get into my room ?” I thought a fair question - answer ” I don't know” - now just silence hung in the air - I spoke next and said well i think i will need to cancel my room and get a refund. ”that's up to you” said the front desk person. I then canceled asked a refund which was credited back in my c

|2.5km from downtownThis hotel is SUPERB in every way. Their location is within walking distance to one of the train stops (we didn't use, but its 5 minutes away), a short 10 minute walk to the cruise terminals/seawall. We stayed 2 days prior to an Alaskan cruise and everything was amazing. The level of service was genuine and fantastic. So often these days you can feel like someone is ”going through the motions”. That is not at all the case here. The front desk greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and was so personable. The hotel is beautiful! A historical building restored beautifully both inside and out. The lobby area is amazing with dark beautiful woods. We were upgraded from a standard room to one of the largest standard rooms, overlooking the museum directly across the street. Upgrades are amazing, but just know they aren't always possible! Food - We at breakfast both mornings in the lobby lounge. Which saying sounds odd... but it is such a cozy spot. Food and service, again were fantastic. Room Service was also delicious! Concierge was so genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed out time in Vancouver! I look forward to a return trip where we will likely include some time back at the Hotel Georgia and some time in Whistler as well. Thanks to all at the Hotel Georgia for making our two days such an incredible experience!

|2.07km from downtownThis hotel could be so much better, especially for the price. On the positive side, the staff, including the concierge, Lisa, and the whole crew on the G floor are outstanding - the most friendly and helpful people. My suite was comfortable and quiet. The king size bed was firm. The air conditioner works well. The bathroom is big. The hotel location is good, near museums and Yaletown, with restaurants and boutiques nearby. The gym and the pool area are also good and, not many hotels in the city have an outdoor pool. The negatives are the extreme neglect regarding renovation and cleaning. For example, with COVID still an issue, after I checked in and stayed the first night in the hotel, I found an empty bottle of water behind the sofa and an used and dirty shirt near the bed. I did not noticed it immediately, because I arrived at 2 am and went straight to bed. To get my room cleaned daily was an ordeal. The hotel apologizes for being understaffed, but the prices were high, around CAD $5.500 for a week’s stay. If you cannot deliver the service, you should not be charging for it, The carpets and the curtains look old, dirty and shabby in the room and common areas. But by far the worse things about the Hilton Vancouver are the elevators. It is not unusual to wait 15 minutes, I am not exaggerating, to go from your floor to the lobby. I understand there is a shortage of workers in Vancouver, but some of the disappointing features of the Hilton could, in my opinion, be addressed by management that cares and is committed to providing guests with what they deserve based on their rates.

|3km from downtownThe location of the hotel is very core, next to the trump building. The hotel service is very good, with luggage, the front desk is very warm, and also introduced us to Vancouver's play places and food. After communicating with the front desk, I also changed the room with a bathtub. The overall evaluation was very good. The room was very clean. The only thing that is not very good is that the hotel can only be valet parking, 45 knives after tax, others are good.

|1.92km from downtownThis was perfectly adequate for my one night stay prior to a cruise. The location is easily accessible from the train from the airport and less than a mile from the cruise terminal. It is no frills but clean. I had a shared bathroom which was a concern but it was fine. You share the bathroom with another room and you will hear them in there but, again, it was one night. There was a sink in the room which was good as you didn't need the bathroom for basic teeth brushing, etc. If I was doing an overnight in Vancouver again, I'd go back.

|2.49km from downtownBecause the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

I paid an additional amount and upgraded to harbor view.
If the weather is nice, be sure to choose a room with a view!
It’s worth the extra money!
The default is wall view.
But is it because I expected too much from the service?
I requested a repayment from the restaurant due to the use of a coupon.
He said he couldn't do it because the bill had already been closed and that it was the manager's decision.
In this regard, guidance was very insufficient.
Other than that, I am satisfied!
