This hotel was somewhat disappointing to us because we booked it as we wanted to spend our evening at a mall before leaving for our flight the following morning. But we had to taxi for 15min to the nearest mall even though the advertised location was next to subway station and at doorstep of shopping mall. There were children’s towels, toothbrushes, stool steps and toys but some are in poor condition and dirty. The couch and curtain were dirty too. The robot came and sent a “fruit basket” filled with melted chocolates, soggy longan. One of the female reception staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread, marking a good ending to our stay.
