位置很好，就在總部基地對面，近地鐵站近商圈，吃飯通行什麼都很方便。房型户型很不錯很有新意，但是衞生一言難盡，枕頭髮黃的，床單有頭髮殘留，廁所好像是堵了，拉了屎沖不下去浮在上面……然後打算關上廁所門好受一點但是廁所門也是壞的……哈哈哈哈

公寓挺好，主要是交通特方便（雙地鐵）去哪都方便，吃飯也方便，也比較安靜，性價比高，下次來南寧還首選。

首先，人也看不到，就讓在下面等別人出去才能上樓。全部設備是一個小賓館的既視感，你能看到的冰箱，廚房是用不了的。人也見不到就給人一種房間有人監視的感覺，極其恐怖。在房間睡着不舒服，第二天想叫阿姨換一下被褥，阿姨説三天才換一次的，想一下你們住的別人睡過的被褥啥感覺吧。! 以後也不會住這種了!
