The hotel staff are incredibly sweet, helpful, beautiful, smiley, and pleasant!!! A huge thank you to them for a wonderful stay!!! They know all the guests and their preferences!!! For breakfast, they even showed live broadcasts of FIFA 2026, which added a special touch to the mornings!!!
The breakfasts are diverse (and I have something to compare it to, as we stayed in a 5-star hotel on Langkawi where the breakfasts were much worse than in this modest hotel). Hot waffles and pastries, delicious coffee, plenty of meat, vegetables, and fruits.
The room is small but convenient and cozy! It has everything you need and even more – free snacks and chips :))
Extremely convenient location!
Conclusion: I highly recommend it, because if I ever return to the island, it will only be to this hotel.

1. The pool is beautiful, and it's covered, providing shade during the day, which is excellent. Kids can spend half the day playing there.
2. The restaurant is next to the pool, so you can eat while watching your children swim.
3. There's a kids' playground and a recreation area, which our children visited every day.
4. The fried rice at the restaurant was good and suited our taste.
5. There's a mall about a 10-minute walk away, with places like Starbucks and KFC, and a night market in the evenings.
Cons:
1. The water from the bathtub in our room was yellow, so even with the disposable tub liners, we couldn't use it.
2. Breakfast was mediocre. The waffles and egg burritos were good, but the egg burritos were only available on the first day and then disappeared.
3. We paid for three days of breakfast for our child when we first arrived, but when we didn't go on the last day, they wouldn't refund us.
MaxB.MaxB.The hotel boasts a very convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, yet there's no airplane noise. It has a large, well-maintained property with two swimming pools. Even though we visited during the low season, finding available sun loungers by the pool could be a bit of a hunt. Breakfasts were standard. All the island's amenities and cafes are a short walk away, about 10 minutes from the hotel. There are tennis and pickleball courts available, and rackets and balls are complimentary for guests. Kids will love the petting zoo on site, featuring goats and chickens. The beach is good, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cenang, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and duty-free stores. Everything you need is literally within walking distance, which made the whole trip super convenient and enjoyable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided. I really appreciated how cozy and relaxing it felt after a long day of exploring the island. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
What I loved most was the overall vibe—very lively yet still comfortable for a relaxing stay. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, go shopping, or just chill, this hotel is the perfect base. Many guests also highlighted the great location and cleanliness, making it great value for money.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again.

The unit was clean, modern and very comfortable. Everything felt new and well maintained, and the room had all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with the beach, restaurants, shops and attractions all within easy reach.
The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, with a beautiful view and a great atmosphere. Check-in was also smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Langkawi!Shella01Shella01Our stay had some genuine highlights, but unfortunately the inconsistent customer service left us disappointed, especially considering we stayed for 11 nights.
The biggest highlight was the infinity pool by the Glass Bar & Restaurant. It was a wonderful place to relax, and being able to order food and drinks directly to the sun loungers made for some very enjoyable afternoons. The beachfront loungers were another great feature and perfect for spending time by the sea.
The room was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable, so we had no complaints there.
Food was mixed. Breakfast was fairly mediocre with limited variety, although we enjoyed both lunch at the beachfront bar and dinner at the Glass Restaurant. The café was also disappointing as several of the pastries we tried were stale.
Unfortunately, the customer service was where the hotel fell short.
My husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, and before arriving I emailed the hotel twice to ask about arranging a romantic beachfront dinner package. Neither email has ever been answered. After checking in, I asked again and was told someone would get back to me. Once again, no one ever did. In the end, we gave up and booked our anniversary dinner at another resort.
We also arranged a late checkout the day before departure and even had our room keys extended, only to receive a call from reception on checkout day telling us we had overstayed because they weren’t aware of the arrangement.
Housekeeping was another issue. After being out for most of the day, we returned around 4:30 pm to find our room still hadn’t been serviced. A housekeeper knocked just before 5:00 pm asking to clean. We asked for five minutes so I could get changed, but she returned almost immediately saying she was leaving for the day and we needed to hurry. When my husband explained that I was changing, she looked at him and commented that he was already dressed, which felt quite inappropriate and uncomfortable.
Breakfast service was also frustrating one morning. The restaurant was busy and there were many uncleared tables. When I explained to the hostess that there was nowhere for us to sit, she simply acknowledged us without offering any assistance until I asked what they were going to do about it.
Throughout the stay, many interactions with staff felt rushed, as though guests were an inconvenience rather than welcomed. I’m not sure whether this was due to communication issues or simply inconsistent service, but after 11 nights it became increasingly frustrating.
This hotel has excellent facilities, a lovely pool, and a beautiful beachfront location, but the service unfortunately didn’t match the setting. With more attentive and proactive customer service, it could have been a fantastic stay.

The hospitality was outstanding right from the start because the security team at the private entrance made us feel incredibly safe. Every staff member we encountered was remarkably friendly and accommodating. Our sea view room was a major highlight with stunning views of the water directly from the balcony. The hotel dining is top-notch including a fantastic Indian-Pakistani and Middle Eastern restaurant that I highly recommend. We also spent time at the Salt Shack Bar enjoying their great menu of pizzas and steaks alongside very affordable beverages. The evenings there are truly special since an amazing live duo performs Tuesday through Sunday. Their music created a wonderful atmosphere and gave us a night to remember. 2. **Air Conditioning:** Some rooms have central AC, others have wall-mounted units. In some cases, the wall-mounted units didn't blow air, and we had to clean the filters ourselves, which were very dirty.
3. **Bathroom:** The bathroom lacks a modern feel.
