Aquasense Hotel & Resort Reviews

This hotel is located right above restaurants, part of a complex with three hotels. It's a small building situated in the middle of the complex, and it offers indoor parking. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It even had a jacuzzi. My room was on a lower floor though, so I didn't have much of a view of the beach.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, good food at breakfast (especially love their tea selection), spacious room. Sunset view from the room while enjoying the hot tub is definitely a plus. Convenient location with many restaurant selections nearby.

Totally enjoyed the stay. View from balcony and outdoor jaccuzzi was perfect. The many bath salts offered also added dimension to the jaccuzzi. Evening drinks coupled with live wind instruments was fun and relaxing too. Close enough walk to many restaurants nearby, a leisurely 10-20mins walk. They were also able to help make a dining reservation at a nearby restauant.

Good hotel, with a great room and ambience, and has great lobby lounge and free drinks, the pool is also amazing. Hotel service is good, but can slightly improve to be even better, as staff seems a little unsure in English sometimes but they do try their best so that is nice, mainly just nitty gritty details can be improved (e.g. no one waiting at the hotel drop off during arrival, or staff just watching us unload the luggage ourselves, or not leading us to the hotel lobby but instead having us walk ahead and figure out where to go). Also note that there is no gym / workout facilities. Location might also be a little hard to locate as you need to go into a small alley up hill, and the entrance is located in sort of a back alley of another hotel, but it does eventually open up to a small drop off. Car park is great though, direct to room. And the room again is 10/10. Overall, a good stay experience, will go back again for the good, comfortable and spacious room.

If you have car, it is a very good place to stay! Beautiful view and good quality. Various of bath salt choices!

The bed is full of bugs. The swimming pool is too small and the water is not clean. Staff is not helpful.

This is an amazing resort with great view and service. I love the jacuzzi and the bed so much. However the breakfast is below average for four stars hotel. You can reach the diving area within 15-20mins and very close to Cape Manzamo. Anyway, I must be come back next time when travel again in Okinawa.

Very clean, comfortable and perfect sea view

I was innocently to believe there are several swimming pools from the hotel photo, but was disappointed that there is only one (hotel mentioned they have 3, actually is the same one but with shallower water at both sides). We planned to swim and go outside in daytime and to enjoy the outdoor bath in our own terrace afterwards, but we found there were a lot of insects and flies at night, and we even not dare to open the terrace door to avoid the insects enter our room! The breakfast is a bit early to end at 10am. It is buffet style but not much good to eat. We only go for one day and find sth better to eat outside the rest of the days even though our room rate included breakfasts. But Aquasense is still a lovely hotel! The room is really spacious and there were three large comfortable beds. The fridge is a home-use size with freezer which seldomly found in most hotels, we can store icecream there and can eat anytime we want to. And the view from terrace is amazing and feel relaxed to stay in the room with lots of sofas! Lastly, I must mention about the fireworks! Hotels launch the fireworks specially for summer in July and Aug, we can enjoy the fireworks at our own terrace. We all loved it so much and it is really an unforgettable experience,
