The decoration of the house is warm and simple, and the landlord maintains it well. The environment is clean and well-equipped. There are toilets on each floor, and each room is equipped with washing and shower facilities. There is no need to wait for multiple people to stay. The landlord was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed introduction and reminded us of things to pay attention to. I am very satisfied with this hotel. It allowed the five of us to have a pleasant time in Osaka. If we go there again in the future, we will choose Xinshe and recommend it to our relatives and friends who travel to Osaka.

The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.

|1.5km from downtownTerrific accomodation in Osaka. Clean, spacious and relatively quiet. Apartments are very well set out and thoughtfully equipped. Love the washing machine and the heat room in the bathroom to dry clothing and towels. Nice touch that one of the beds can be closed off by sliding doors. Cooking equipment useful, especially to make simple meals like and egg or to heat up food in the microwave. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Close to the train stations and once you get the hang of the complex set up at Osaka/ Umeda it’s relatively easy to get around. Only complaints are beds and pillows are a little hard but I think this is normal in Japan. Umeda is a thriving area. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

This hotel lobby is at level 2, amenities can be see at lobby area. Hotel's staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel's room is nice and neat. Yayoi restaurant locates at level 1,just beside the hotel's elevator,convenient to find other food restaurants around the hotel. Nearby hotel do have convenience stores and vending machines. Hotel room price is reasonable for a short stay at Osaka.

The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

|0.23km from downtownThe hotel is nice. We stayed in a corner room, which was clean. There is Yodoyabashi subway station, which is only one or two stops away from Umeda or Shinsaibashi. It is very fast. The only shortcoming is that when checking in, there was a rather disturbing error between the Ctrip order and the hotel's booking information. The Ctrip booking was for 2 adults and 1 child, but the hotel did not get the booking with the child. The front desk asked for additional fees, which seemed to be more than 27,000 yen. There was a Chinese front desk, so we just took a photo of the Ctrip order and checked in smoothly.
Facilities: Good facilities, the laundry room on the 31st floor will be available in the early morning
Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: Newly decorated, wooden style, comfortable to look at
Service: Good service, it is rare to see service defects in Japan

Room was a tad small to open up both our luggages at the same time but that’s generally most hotels in Japan. The comfy bed and amazing breakfast made up for that. Nice little touch of microwaves and vending machines on selected levels. Might have found my favourite hotel in Osaka now. Would stay there again for sure.

If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

|2.58km from downtownRight dead smack next to Shinsaibachi for the shopping and Dotonburi for delicious food. The hotel is very new and can easily be found by the shrine on the first floor. There is also a lot of construction going on the hotel street so arriving to the hotel can be tricky to navigate especially since it's generally a crowded area.
The facilities is amazing and the TV provides live statuses to the laundry and onsen. The onsen is separated by sex and has an indoor and outdoor one. There is also a small, cold outdoor pool right next to the warm bath.
Overall an easy choice to come back! Glad to have picked this place!

Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。

Although it is kind, allergy information was not linked to the restaurant even though I declared ２ degrees in advance and at check-in (it is good because it is only good to avoid the ingredients without permission). ◆ Location: It's a short walk from the station, so it's hard in summer or midwinter. It's along the main street, so it might be easy to come by car. ◆ Room: It's large for the price, and the night view is really wonderful with a balcony! I think the amenities were abundant and the quality was good. The bathrobe was also solid. I wonder if the air conditioning was a little noisy. Except for the false eyelashes on the floor on the sink, the bathroom smells bad! Everything else is very good, it is a great suite! Just five minutes walk from the Black Gate Market!

Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. I would like to use it if I come to Osaka again.
