The staffs are helpful. It is very convenient to park at their own carpark, while the hotel is walkable to the main station and morning market. Although the room size is small, it provide a proper working desk. The self-serviced drinking area available in the afternoon and evening is attractive too.

Complimentary refreshment and drink, kids love the fruity ice block after nice hot spa.

Location is good. But service wasn’t great as the staffs aren’t as friendly and helpful as compare to other hotels

Had high expectation for the breakfast, but turn to a little disappointment We chose the 9:00 breakfast time, but the food was limited at that time without refill The food was not as many kind as what I saw from the blogger Also the room is very small, difficult to open my suitcase The only thing that surprised me maybe was the hot spring
