Overall, everything is fine, but the soundproofing is quite weak. Noise from the upstairs unit, especially furniture being moved, can be very loud depending on the occupants.

2min walk to 7-eleven where u wont starve to death, and it's 24hrs too! Daytime, a Muslim lady selling chicken ( fried crispy / steamed) is a fantastic alternative. I literally ate there for lunch daily! Out of Cubic's main entrance, try turning right and 5mins later, u will find a lady selling Porridge with pork balls for 50bht! ( The pork balls were like never-ending, i lost count of them due to the great taste! )
