Courtyard by Marriott Melaka map

Every staff is very friendly, all constantly smiling. Even the room cleaner. Had dinner buffet for New Year’s Eve. The dessert is very good

Overall the hotel is just fine. Not as expectation what I think, especially the pricing and facility given. The room is not providing bathrobe. It just let me feel like this is just a business hotel. Anyway , breakfast is good, over my expectation.

Enjoy my trip in Courtyard by Marriot. Clean and great hospitality from the concierge, housekeeping, security, bell boy. The room really nice and quite spacious. The breakfast is totally my favorite of my stay.... great food and lot of varieties. Make sure to try their breakfast in your visit

The room smelled bad and every quilt had dirty marks. Sorry for the Courtyard brand. The hotel needs to reflect.

Apart from the location, the overall experience is good. However, reaching the city centre is relatively difficult due to traffic congestion. Introducing a higher-frequency shuttle bus service to the city centre for guest would be reommemded.
