The hotel was truly wonderful and made my stay so memorable. From the lobby, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. Although there was some noise from the boats, it didn’t bother me at all as the balcony doors were soundproof, letting me enjoy the view in peace and quiet. I was celebrating my birthday, and the guest relations team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They decorated my room so beautifully and added thoughtful touches that made me feel truly special. On my last day, I was so touched when the team surprised me with a birthday cake during checkout — such a heartfelt gesture that I will never forget. Huge thanks and shoutout to Devina, Olive & the team for their amazing effort and warm hospitality. You really made my birthday celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for everything you did. The free airport shuttle made traveling so convenient, and the evening tea cakes were a delightful treat. I also loved the complimentary foot massage, which was such a relaxing way to start my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth of the staff. Every encounter felt sincere, and their efforts turned my birthday trip into something unforgettable.

Excellent 5star hotel. Plus both facilities n services amazing. Especially bfast was superb. Especially towards the services fm Ical, Feby, Doni Wagut, Jaka, Chef Andi, Pak Wisnu n Steven. Also for both Bu Ririn n Bu Nina gave very good introduction on hotel facilities n also hospitality for us during our stay. Great hotel n recommended👍

Near airport, good location, beautiful resort beach front, resort restaurant is 24hrs, nice pool. The only downside is that the water pressure is a bit low, but that is very common on island hotels. Enjoyed my stay and will book again in the future.

An aesthetic hotel with a breathtaking view. Every corner is photo-worthy. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and while the amenities aren’t as extensive as a chain hotel, they’re sufficient enough if you’re not too particular. Towels and robes are provided, though I did wish face towels were available as well. The location isn’t within walking distance to shops, so it’s best to plan your logistics in advance. Breakfast leans more towards local flavors than a full continental spread, but it’s still enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant and charming stay.

The beds, shared bathrooms, and toilets were all very clean, and the environment was great. The restaurant was also good and reasonably priced, with live music, DJ events, and various activities. There's no elevator, but the staff helps with luggage. The downside is that the top bunk's rail is very low, even lower than the mattress, which feels a bit unsafe.

The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.

It is a quiet and lovely resort for those who prepare to stay at the outskirt of the town with nature vibes.You will hear birds chirping sound in the morning and a stunning view. It is good if you know how to ride scooter as it is about 15 mins ride from the town, and the road at night can be too dark for a single rider but worth the experience. The brilliant sunset cafe pondok sinara garden is just about 8 mins from here and fore this is the best sea view of my life ( it will take 30 mins from the town). After all,if you don’t expect too much on the quality of stay in terms of comfort and coziness, but instead you prefer what the nature has to offer ,it will be a great place.

The interior decor is about on par with a youth hostel in China, featuring old, simple wooden furniture. The tables and shelves are very narrow, so my belongings kept falling off every day 😂. Initially, I was given a ground-floor room, and the smell was truly something else. When I asked to change rooms, I was told they were fully booked. I finally got to move to an upstairs room on the second day. Just as others have mentioned, the bedsheets and duvet covers had all sorts of stains. The housekeeping girl, however, was very sweet. She brought three bedsheets until we found one that looked a bit cleaner. She said they send them to a specialized company for washing, so I guess the cleanliness of bedsheets across the entire island is probably similar. This 'hotel' and the Green Cherry restaurant upstairs are run by the same people. It was also the only restaurant on the island where I spent money and didn't feel full – it was genuinely expensive and unappetizing. If it hadn't been a non-cancellable booking, I really would have wanted to switch to another place to stay... 😌

The service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large, and some rooms have small bugs. I stayed in two rooms 8/9. No. 8 is smaller than No. 9, but there are no bugs. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep when facing the street. The noise of the car at night is quite noisy. I can sleep all night after getting used to it for 3 nights. The breakfast is on the rooftop, there are only 4 varieties, and it's a standard that can be eaten. It is very close to the pier and walked for about 3 minutes. There are many places to eat on the side. The prices are okay, similar to Beijing.

It's close to the airport and the helpful staff are probably the only two advantages. There is no toilet paper in the toilet. The toilet cannot be flushed and can only be used manually... There is no hot water... The facilities are old. I arrived at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night and caught the flight at 7:30 in the morning. I was really lucky that I only stayed for 5 hours.
