Write a request to prepare a small decoration for my anniversary, but they gave me something extra. They provide me an anniversary cake. Thank you so much ParkRoyal Penang. Super nice, very clean and great service for all the staff. Kudos to the housekeeping (Monu) who amazingly clean up my room as per request and he humbly always throw a big smile to me and my family. The sunset here so beautiful. Im amazed.

The hotel is so nice, the view that we got was beautiful & the staffs were very helpful. My best friend & i slept comfortably and we didn’t want to leave the hotel cause we had the best weekend there 😂 and appreciate the effort for decorating our room for my best friend’s birthday. Really worth it!

Check in process was quite smooth. Arrived at around 1pm but was told rooms were not ready. Managed to get the rooms at around 2.30pm after having lunch. Rooms and in-room fixtures were very old, damaged and scratched in many places, and could be cleaner. Bathtub was cracked and chipped in places, and there was a lingering odour. There were visible stains on the sofa and tears on bedsheets, with sand on the side tables. Pillows were still firm/fluffy so that’s a positive. Resort facilities are great for young children, with multiple swimming pools and water slides. Small lounge area for infants/toddlers is great too, but is unfortunately not kept clean. The no food/drink rule is not enforced, and we saw a kid spill coffee in the play area. There were mosquitos as well. Food at the garden cafe is mediocre at best. The lunch bento set serving size is small. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection of Asian food, with basic pastries/bread options. Sigi’s was decent for dinner - pictures of the gnocchi and squid ink pasta below.

Good place with great facilities. Kids friendly with lots of activities! Most recommended for family stay.

I love the hotel’s landscaping, I feel tranquil and calm sitting on the bench at the beach side. The resort is near to the beach, hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, room is clean with beautiful garden view, pool view & partial seaview. Hotel’s breakfast with lots of varieties, food are tasty and very fresh. My boy and I love the pool too. Wish they have the usb port for gadgets charging in the room.

It's a nice resort to enjoy your holiday especially for family, couples and young children. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool. You can also walk to the Batu Ferringhi beach to see the sunset.

the beautiful environment !! what can i said from the parking im feel so nice .. the staff are good , the room clean and big .. love the bathtub at the balcony and also the food was so great.. definitely i will come again if im needed ... 5🌟
