A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The wallpaper on the wall exudes a disgusting smell. The bathrobe in the cabinet is crooked and twisted. The hygiene of the tables, chairs, benches and carpets is not dare to look closely. The quality of the front desk ladies is different. It is recommended that young people who travel frequently live carefully...

The room facilities are complete, the service is very good, the hotel is located in the city center, it is convenient to travel and shopping, the breakfast is rich in variety, the floor is high invincible, if the bathroom is better, it will be better, in short, worthy of this price.

I arrived at Changbai Mountain at 6 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the waiter warmly received me. I saw that I had brought 2 children and was a member. I directly upgraded me to a parent-child suite. The picture of the room is exactly the same as the display, spacious and clean. The hot springs are from 1 pm to 8:30 pm, and the 3rd floor is the net red hot spring and the infinity pool. Very popular. There is no tiring day. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 am to 9:30 am, with a variety of varieties and suitable for all tastes. If you eat at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is also large and expensive, you can give priority to it. If you want to go to other places to eat, go out to the road and pass 10 meters left and turn right. There is a good day restaurant that is also large and expensive, very delicious, you really can not order takeaway. Isn't it beautiful to have a hot spring and have a drink on such a good night?

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

Service: The lady at the front desk was very attentive and explained the features and benefits of the hotel very clearly. Environment: It’s true that the snow scenery in the hotel is beautiful. You can see Changbai Mountain from the mountain view room. The water temperature in the Internet celebrity bathing pool is very warm. It feels good to soak in the hot spring in the snow (but this hot spring is not natural) Facilities: The bath water is relatively small, and the hottest setting is not very hot; the toilet does not have electric heating, which is quite old for a hotel of this level, and there was some odor in the toilet when I checked in. I had to wake up the next day. The room was a bit smelly. I really recommend that the hotel upgrade the toilet so that guests can have a better stay experience. The breakfast options are quite rich, and many snacks and staple foods are sugar-free, which is very satisfying.

The best and largest hotel in Baishan City, you will feel very comfortable as soon as you enter the lobby, because the hotel is not the latest, so there is no decoration taste, the living is very comfortable, the front desk lady saw me set a few nights and upgraded me to a suite for free, the attitude is particularly good, People are beautiful and gentle, more like our young lady in the south, and also specially asked the name Li Na. The room was very clean and dry. The carpet was very comfortable. It was a star hotel. The breakfast was also very good. I will choose Hanyuelou next time. I will not consider other things.
