The car was in excellent condition. This was my third time renting a Kobe car; the first two times I rented from Kansai Airport and had very good experiences. When I saw Kobe in Tokyo this time, they were the first choice. The staff member who greeted us on the first day was Taiwanese, super friendly and familiar, making communication easy. We were caught in a typhoon and our flight was canceled, but we immediately informed the rental company, and they were willing to postpone our return date. On the last day, after checking out and preparing to return the car from the parking lot, we discovered a serious tire leak. We immediately notified the rental company, informing them of our evening flight. They quickly sent a tow truck. After the tow truck arrived, we took a taxi to the rental company to settle the remaining fees (the taxi company said the taxi fare could be reimbursed), and then went to the airport. Overall, the service was truly excellent. I highly recommend this rental company.

The car was in excellent condition. It was a brand new car from May with only 3000+ km... Both pick-up and drop-off were handled by Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking staff. The pick-up and drop-off locations were clearly marked. We had already established communication before departure... Overall, this car rental experience was excellent.
