Europcar at Evenes airport provided me with an upgraded car.The car was very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. They guided us on various locations too. They made us comfortable with the rental process.

Overall Hertz is a reputable service although it seems that this branch actually doesn't maintain or check their cars very well. The cars given had a decent amount of scratches and interior wasn't cleaned properly before handing off to the next customer.

Because the airport isn't very big, and the car we wanted hadn't been returned yet, we had to wait for 70 minutes. However, the staff upgraded us to a higher-class car. Even though there were only two of us, it was still great because it was so comfortable. Despite the rainy weather along the way, the car performed excellently, so there was no need to worry. This was my second car rental trip in Norway. Basically, what you see on the website is the price you'll receive. If you go in late June like we did, there's a lot of road construction, so be patient with the one-way traffic. One more thing: the Norwegians have paved the roads incredibly well; they're very smooth and bump-free.

Great and brand new Volvo SUV electric car. Take note that pick up point/ EuroCar office (to collect key) is another building outside the terminal (on the right side)

The car pickup was quick, the explanations were clear, and they didn't try to sell me insurance. Highly recommended.

The car pick-up and return were both quick, the car was in good condition, and I was even upgraded to a better model. I'm very satisfied.

The car we received wasn't the model we reserved. It was clean, but had scratches all over, although Hertz had noted the scratches. We still filmed the car from all angles. When returning the car, we simply parked it in the designated parking lot and dropped off the keys.
