The KIA K3 is a small C-segment sedan 🚗, and both the interior and exterior were in excellent condition. I used it for a 500km round trip from downtown Seoul to a seaside resort in Sokcho, in the northeast. I brought the car to Terminal 2 of the airport and returned it to the Terminal 2 parking lot. I registered with Line, so I was able to contact them about the return time, and both the handover and return process were very convenient. I topped up a Hi-Pass card 💳, which is equivalent to ETC in Japan, with 40,000 won at an airport convenience store. A Hi-Pass card is essential if you want to use the highways that crisscross Korea. I drove around for 5 days and the highway tolls cost 35,000 won, leaving 5,000 won on the card to use next time. You can top up the card at any convenience store in Korea. I was impressed by how cheap it was compared to Japan. Gasoline cost 2,000 won/liter. It was also great to explore the regional cities of Korea. I used CarPlay from my iPhone for navigation. Since Google Maps isn't available in Korea, I was able to use NEVER Navi.
