Но случилось небольшое но, при выселении из отеля, когда я с дочкой зашла в лифт, он застрял. Хорошо, что работала связь и мы дозвонились на ресепшен, они перезагрузили лифт и он поехал. Я так поняла, что эта проблема у них случается переодически, так что имейте это ввиду.

My stay at the hotel was overall fine, but there are several issues that should be mentioned. First, the hotel allows non-guests to use its facilities for a fee, and this creates unnecessary overcrowding and takes away from the comfort that paying guests expect. Second, the breakfast was quite modest with very limited options, which is disappointing compared to what is usually offered at hotels of this level. Third, the view from the rooms was not as attractive as advertised in the hotel description, which felt misleading. Finally, the hotel does not have a private beach directly in front of it; instead, guests are taken by shuttle bus to a section of a public beach. While the basic stay was fine, these points significantly affected the overall experience, and I believe future guests should be aware of them before booking.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, and the service is very good! As a business trip or a trip to Sochi, it is a recommended hotel. The hotel staff is also great! If you come to Sochi next time, you will choose to stay at this hotel!
