I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain.
Прекрасное расположение. Бесплатный подъем на высоту 960. Номер на двоих хороший, чистый, очень удобная кровать, хорошая шумоизоляция, но лишь одно кресло и отсутствуют чайные ложечки. Уборка ежедневная. Завтрак хороший. Персонал приветливый.

Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак
We had a rest with my mother. We liked everything very much! The room is big, everything you need is there. Very comfortable and big beds, it smelled nice when you checked in. Clean both in the room and in public places. Special thanks for the gorgeous breakfast, sooo delicious, for the champagne a separate + to karma! :) I would also like to note the spa - all the baths worked perfectly, there were few people, sometimes we were alone, the pool was clean

GGuest UserОчень приятный отель, чисто. Нам дали хороший номер на 4 этаже (они на этом этаже отремонтированы). Сервис на уровне; завтраки очень хорошие - сырники и блинчики невероятно вкусные! Вид на реку очень красивый. Рекомендую этот отель и вернемся еще)

GGuest UserЛучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах
DDmitriiЦена аренды была прекрасная! Очень удобное расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Легко найти гостиницу, легко попасть вовнутрь, есть пандус.
Номер был с окнами выходящими сбоку здания, шума с улицы практически не было. Хорошо слышно тех, кто ходит по коридорам и лестницам, особенно в лыжных ботинках, хотя это запрещено и указано про это.
Сам номер просторный, легко поместился чехол для сноуборда на полу и даже велосипед) В общем то есть всё что надо для краткосрочного проживания. Кровать большая, матрас еще более-менее, но уже местами продавлен.
Из минусов: воняет ковролин тухлятиной, носками или еще чем-то таким неприятным. Сделайте химчистку напольного покрытия! Ресторан на цокольном этаже с накрученными отзывами не посещайте, не рекомендую. Вокруг много других прекрасных заведений достойных вашего внимания.

It was interesting to see exactly the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Very civil and clean. There is a restaurant with a Swedish table, breakfast, lunch, dinner. In the kitchen block with microwave, dishes, refrigerator. In the room is very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for having a democratic price in the city center.
