This is not the first time I choose this hotel, everything is balanced, breakfasts are great, outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi. Of the minuses - the spa was often not preventive this time, this is of course strange, and besides, there is a renovation above the complex, it was noisy, but this is temporary. And another thing - the hotel is practically empty in December, they do not upgrade the room category for this, usually in such chains this option works. In general, this is an ideal hotel for me, I will definitely come back

Отвратительная девушка на ресепшен по имени Александра. Никак не смогла решить проблему,созданную отелем при неправильном размещении. Постоянно ссылалась на «виноват сайт бронирования,кто угодно,но не мы». Забронировала номер с видом на январские праздники,чтобы увидеть Краснодар во всей красе,так как являюсь гостем этого города. Я заплатила денег больше,чем за стандартное размещение без вида. Но отдел бронирования ошибся и мне предоставили номер без вида,никак не принесли извинения и постоянно говорили о том,чтобы я «разбиралась с отделом бронирования сайта»,принесли лист а4 с не моим номером подтверждения,не моей датой бронирования ,но моими данными,уточнив,что это «не их проблемы». Мне удалось спокойно отдохнуть в отеле и воспользоваться спа-услугами,и сам отель красивый и ухоженный,но вот персонал на ресепшен оставляет желать лучшего. Рекомендую управляющему подходить к подбору персонала или скорректировать скрипты. Сам отель понравился,как и вся сетка Марриотта.

The hotel is ideally located next to the resort’s cable car. The hotel does not have a swimming pool similar to 4 * Krasnaya Polyana. But considering the 540m mark and lower towns, if you want a hotel instead of an apartment, this is a good accommodation option.

設施：國內3星的標準 衞生：很好 環境：一樓餐廳的美食值得推薦。 服務：訂了一個2間房，其實裏面衹有一張床。到客房把外廳的沙發給放平，也是一個小型單人床了。很不錯！

Find the hotel on a business trip with colleagues. Good location, ten minutes walk is a large supermarket. Parking is convenient, the underground parking garage will be guided by special staff

Nice place to be. U can cook some basic food if you want.super maket is only 5mins away from hotel. Safe quiet area. Pool not big no sun after lunch.but good for a morning dip.

Hotel location is a bit difficult to find, the room sea view is very beautiful, but there is no heating, it is a bit cold in winter, the facilities are quite complete, praise

Очень чистый номер, хорошая шумоизоляция. Отель достоин своих 3 звёзд.

Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

We had a rest with my mother. We liked everything very much! The room is big, everything you need is there. Very comfortable and big beds, it smelled nice when you checked in. Clean both in the room and in public places. Special thanks for the gorgeous breakfast, sooo delicious, for the champagne a separate + to karma! :) I would also like to note the spa - all the baths worked perfectly, there were few people, sometimes we were alone, the pool was clean
