The hotel was in grait location close to the old center. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious with grait view. The food atvthe hotel restaurant was delisious. We recomend !

A well-maintained hotel, located at the foot of Covilhã and a short drive from Torre. The restaurant offers a good menu, with a children's menu always available. The hotel is gluten-free certified; however, guests wishing to use this service need to fill out a form for assessment by the nutritionist. The kids' club is underdeveloped and unsupervised. Its games and toys are incomplete and old, and the entire area definitely needs attention/improvement. More consideration should be given to hotel guests wishing to use the pool, as it's often occupied by swimming lessons and external visitors during the week.

We were well received by the receptionist Maria, Francisco Farinha provided excellent service at the bar, very attentive and personalized service, always giving us the best advice! He even offered to give us a tour of the hotel! We had an unfortunate situation with the night auditor, but Angela handled the matter delicately and carried out our check out very expertly.

The stay has been very positive. The breakfast was highlighted by the good quality of the products and the decoration of the common spaces, which is very pleasant. The general environment is warm and warm. The spa was a great surprise: few people and the water from the pool at perfect temperature, which made the experience very relaxing. The room where we were staying was disappointing and probably the worst available, the washing room was in the room itself and the mirror was very little light, which made it difficult to make me make up. In addition, the room was just next to the lift, which caused a lot of noise. To complete, there were several lights burning during the night (emergency exits and fire alarm flash), which makes the room unsuitable for people sensitive to light when sleeping.

Excellent stay, excellent hotel, very comfortable room, very good and relaxing pool! Only two points to quote, at the reception I asked if there was snow at some point (for we went out from far to that only) and the person who attended us said that “It would be very difficult, that would not have snow and that we should have seen the forecast of the time” and for Fin had snow at 19 km from the hotel and much snow! And the cleaning of our room in itself could be better, it had powder that went out of the bed and dirt on the floor when we pulled the garden of the room. It was all perfect!
