GGuest UserDie Einrichtung im Zimmer im Stxle der 70er ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Zimmer die nicht verpachtet ist und Risse gat, soll glaub ich so sein. Wird sicher Vielen so gefallen, meines war es nicht. Schon gar nicht bei einem Grand Hotel.

11391248****The hotel's environment completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were as tranquil and beautiful as a fairyland. I've already recommended it to friends for their vacations. The breakfast was also excellent, plentiful, and delicious. It's suitable for a relaxing stay of three days or more; my two-night stay was too short! Personally, I think it's even more suitable for a relaxing vacation than Hallstatt. There are far fewer people, and the tranquil lake view is perfect. It's my favorite hotel during this European trip, and it's my top choice for all my travels over the years!

GGuest UserWe had Apartment 37 for 5 people. Since we were actually from 3 different families, I can highly recommend this apartment 😄. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a bathtub with a toilet, a shower with a toilet, and a sofa bed in the living area, and of course, a small kitchen. The kitchen equipment was actually our only point of criticism; in our opinion, there wasn't enough cutlery or good kitchen knives for 5 people. We just always washed the forks and knives right away. The reception staff were very competent, polite, and helpful!!!! The indoor pool and sauna were also good and never really overcrowded. Also, a big compliment to the cleaning staff; it was really sparkling clean!!! We can only recommend Alpine Club.

FFdidovicThe hostel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station, making it ideal for an overnight stay if you are travelling early in the morning or looking for accommodation close to the station.
It offers many useful services that provide everything you might need. There are two vending machines in the hostel – one with snacks and drinks, and another with various hygiene products such as toiletries and earplugs. The hostel also has a bar where you can enjoy a drink, as well as a coffee machine and hot beverages available at affordable prices. The hostel also offers meals.
Breakfast is available for €10–11 and is fairly basic, including several types of cold cuts, cheese, eggs, cereals and muesli, yoghurt, pancakes, jams, hot drinks, coffee, and juices.

GGuest UserAfter a long journey, you arrive at the hotel and just want to check in without any problems. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. An employee told me bluntly that breakfast wasn't included in the price and didn't even try to explain why. He simply said otherwise, despite proof... Luckily, the next day another employee came and explained to me how and what was going on. After that, the matter was quickly resolved.
Breakfast costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sausages, eggs, etc.). Just bread, sausage and various sweets... Boiled eggs were cold!... so it's better to have breakfast somewhere else than in the hotel...

GGuest UserYou can walk to the hotel or take the tram to the train station. There is a tram at the entrance of the hotel. The counter staff is very good. English can communicate. There is a sofa area in the room to rest. There is also a small bar. There is also a seat area. The room is clean and tidy.

GGuest Userwalkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

SSeWeI had a great stay at the NH Hotel Graz City and would definitely choose it again. The location is excellent, making it equally convenient for business travellers and tourists. I could easily see myself staying here for either another work trip or a city break.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - something I really appreciated during my stay, especially considering the hot outside temperatures. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable hotel with great service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Graz.
