The gate facing the Edo Castle Kikyo Moat is Kikyomon, and it is also called the Uchisakuradamon for the outer Sakuradamon gate where Naosuke Ii was assassinated in the "Sakuradamon Outer Incident". When you enter this gate, you will find Sannomaru of Edo Castle, and the castle climbing of daimyo was designated as Otemon and Uchisakuradamon (Kikyomon). Today, it is the entrance gate for general visits to the Imperial Palace. Worth a look!
