A work by Ichisaku Tabata. The figure of fishermen who wandered powerfully around the net. During the Meiji and Taisho eras, there were many people who left their hometowns and came to Hokkaido for the purpose of fishermen. It was erected in 1969 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Hokkaido.
