A temple of the Soto sect in Maizuru City

    Original Text

It is a temple of the Soto sect Nakamotoyama in Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture. I drove there while hesitating because it was a one-way street or a narrow road. The mountain gate is wonderful.

    The gate is wonderful.

There is a street dotted with historic temples and shrines, strolling through the castle town of Nishi Maizuru. In front of the gate of Guilin Temple, there is a stone pillar with the words "Kin-kunshu", "Kun" means garlic, and it means that smell and sake are prohibited. The mountain gate, which is said to be the largest in the city, is wonderful, and the bell tower in the form of the Ryugu gate is also wonderful.

Guilin Temple with a splendid appearance

    Original Text

When I headed to the temple on a narrow road lined with houses on the west side of the station and the castle ruins, it was a temple with a magnificent appearance with a white walled wall and a solid gate on the stone wall, probably because it was a mountain .

See you な Shanmen が Exit える Temple

    Original Text

It is a temple with a magnificent mountain gate that seems to be one of the largest in this area. Compared to the mountain gate, the main hall is lighter, so it feels a little slight, but the temple is not an attraction but a religious facility, so it can't be helped. I am glad that there is a free tea shop.

    Original Text

This temple is located in Nishi Maizuru. Temples and shrines are scattered on the foot of Mt. Atago in the east. It is one of them. The mountain gate is Japanese style, but the precincts are influenced by Chinese temples and can be seen. I feel hesitant and foreign.
