Facilities in Lake Ibana near West Lake
Original Text
A facility located in Lake Ibanai near Lake West. You can enjoy canoes mainly at hands-on facilities, but it was quiet in the winter season. There is a place where you can have a light tea at the water museum, but if you are not looking for canoes, it may not be a very eye-catching place.
Monday was a regular holiday, and there was a guide that the others were open from 6 am, but no one was around 9 am on Tuesday. I don't know if it's open, but the big water wheel is spinning, and the water wheel museum was still in preparation. It was a quiet and relaxing place along the Noto River, far from the main road.
From one time on, I think the image of "Notogawa Town (present-day Higashiomi City) = Waterwheel" has been established thanks to the Dragon Canoe Tournament. It's usually like a large lawn park, so I think it's a good place to come for a picnic with small children (however, there are no fences in the pond or the population stream, so be careful of falling). Also, according to the story of an acquaintance, this area seems to be a great fishing point, so on Saturdays and Sundays after May, many anglers visit ...
It might be a good idea to bring a lunch box like a picnic. The museum feels lonely. I came at noon on Saturday, but there are some families eating lunch boxes. The toilet outside is unisex, but a man in the free museum. There's a separate toilet for women.

It seemed like no one was there on weekdays.

in summer
Here, there was a canoe competition sponsored by the local government, and it was very good to see everyone joining together and canoeing.
