位置好，就在南長街邊上，出門右轉就到，環境很美，但是又鬧中取靜，房間全智能，乾淨明亮（落地大玻璃），關鍵是服務員素質很高，特別是前台小施和小韓，熱情禮貌，有求必應，我們走的時間因為下雨，小韓親自打傘幫我們送到車前，很是讓我們感動。

房間舒適程度：非常高，被褥都很乾凈清爽烘乾過，房間乾淨佈局合理還很大，太湖飯店在被褥潮濕上掉粉了，波羅蜜多在房間大小舒適度上掉分了，這幾點漫心酒店都是滿分💯👍
服務態度：簡直是超級贊，前台小哥真是負責熱情，各種情況都替客人考慮周全了，而且耶很體面滴介紹給客人免費使用的薰香，前台小妹看到客人外出，還會跑出來給客人礦泉水，這次無錫旅行，感覺當地五星酒店的服務真是遠勝其他城市👍
漫心酒店的物品：睡衣都是放在防塵袋裡的，茶杯茶具很有特色，蓋子都是小沉便於扣蓋，細節都做到這份上就酒店真是少見，洗漱用品，梳子做的尺寸很少見，非常可愛，讓人看了心生歡喜。
酒店交通與位置：酒店位於南長街旁邊，出入非常方便，晚上出去玩南長街，吃小吃都特別方便，小歡喜十分別致美好，還有小喵喵偶爾出沒，真是後悔最後一天訂了這家酒店，感覺樣樣都很滿分💯👍

總體很不錯。位置很好，交通便捷，服務周到細緻，酒店裝修也不錯。緊鄰古運河清明橋，每天都能去南長街上逛逛。無論外出吃飯還是外賣都很方便。

酒店環境非常好！房間內部也很舒適。最重要的是服務太好了！每次見面都會問好。第一天到還主動帶我們參觀了房間+介紹房間設施。還貼心送了水果，茶葉，香薰。中間發現丟了一衹耳環，當天參加一日遊沒辦法回去，我立馬聯繫了酒店，他們非常熱心的讓保潔阿姨幫助我找到了。
酒店的地理位置也特別好！就在南長街和清平橋附近，但是因為酒店大門在背後小街所以叫車也不存在堵車風險。
這家酒店是讓我願意再次回去的酒店。體驗太好了！也非常感謝酒店服務人員的優質服務！也很推薦去無錫旅遊的小夥伴，旅行中一個舒適的休息環境能加大旅行的幸福感！
