The hotel is very soundproofed and the rooms have been upgraded so you can see the planes. George and Lulu provided good service and took the initiative to prepare small gifts and special toiletries for the children, which was very considerate. The hotel's breakfast and lounge food are very good, and the waiters are well-equipped and polite. Enjoy your stay! if you are coming from the airport or just needing a place to crash before your flight, it is a good option. The rooms are very large and have what you need. The room was not the cleanest and it smelled terribly of smoke. I had not asked for a smoking room, but I had not asked for a non-smoking either, so I guess that may be partially my own fault. I was waiting an arrival the following morning so I as coming from Hangzhou train statio0n by Didi...I am a foreigner and the location is not available from the English version of Didi. I would recommend going to the airport and walking to the hotel if you are able. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The staff did not speak any English and could not help when I called for assistance...there are other Manju hotels that are not the same as this one. The location is excellent and despite my worries and the disclaimer sent, it was not noisy at all.

Traveling, transit in Hangzhou, temporary, very good, clean, comfortable, I have lived in other hotels nearby before. The sound of the plane landing and landing at night is particularly noisy. This time, there seems to be no sound all night. It may be too tired to sleep. I heard the sound of landing in the morning, but I generally heard it during the day. It was not very noisy.
