Good service, clean and hygienic, very close to the subway entrance, and many delicious foods nearby. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, and the shower water is hot and cold! I couldn't stand it anymore, so I changed hotels.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bar none. I booked this hotel because I saw that the ratings were OK. The price is very expensive. I spent 3,680 yuan for 6 nights, which is more than 600 yuan per day. I seriously suspect that the ratings of this hotel are fake. The sound insulation of this hotel is very poor. It is not just poor. The sound insulation that a normal hotel should have is completely absent in this hotel (that is, there is no infrastructure guarantee for a normal hotel). Almost every midnight or around 4 or 5 in the morning, we hear people talking outside or opening and closing doors/ringing doorbells. What is more serious is that as long as there are doors opened or closed in other rooms outside, the door of our room will vibrate strongly, which wakes me and my children up several hours in advance every day and makes us sleep poorly. Because we couldn't sleep well every day, there were a few days in our travel plan to go to the Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Wangfujing and other places at night, but we didn't go because we were very sleepy and dizzy when we came back in the afternoon and just wanted to catch up on sleep. There were people working outside the room during the day (see picture). We went out to play and returned to the hotel at 4 or 5 in the afternoon, and we were always disturbed by the noise of construction. The hotel is also in poor condition in other aspects. Not only is the room very small, but there is no wardrobe. The bathroom does not even have a fixed metal rod to hang towels and clothes. There is only an invisible clothesline that can be extended, but because the clothesline is too thin and not fixed, all the towels and clothes hung slide down and squeeze together. After staying in the hotel for two days, I called the front desk to report the hotel's sound insulation and poor sleep. The front desk said that they would think about the trea**ent measures and consider changing my room, but they never changed my room. The hotel's ridiculous explanation for this is that because they saw my child coming down to get takeout and medicine (Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and the like), they guessed that I might be sick (actually I am not sick, but I think the weather in Beijing is dry, so I bought some Chinese patent medicine to prevent symptoms such as sore throat), so they did not contact me to change the room. I questioned this statement, and they said that it was because the people were full during the holidays and there was no way to change the room, so they did not change it. I am really speechless. I can only remind everyone not to choose this hotel. It is really a pit. I spent more than 600 yuan per day, which is not as good as the 400 yuan per night hotel at the same time.

The breakfast waiter had a very good service attitude. The food was nutritious and changed daily. It was mainly Western food, including meat, eggs, milk, fried chicken, French fries, fruits, and coffee. I stayed for 2 nights in total. The hotel hardware is relatively new, the price is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and the facilities and equipment are better in the same price range within the Beijing 2nd Ring Road. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the mattress is soft. The front desk service is also polite and the service is generally good. Areas that need improvement: the sound of the door closing affects other rooms, the shower head in the shower room is uncontrollable and hot and cold (acceptable for adults, but a little affected for those with children), the towels smell bad (maybe the smell of disinfectant + detergent ) The texture of the towels is hard. The most unacceptable thing is the hotel's air conditioner. The weather in Beijing in April is still very hot, but the air conditioner can only produce hot air! ! ! And if you need a thin quilt, we can’t provide it! ! ! The overall price is fair, the breakfast is great, and the service is good. It is recommended to upgrade the shower head and air conditioning to increase the hotel's business with better facilities and services!

The room is very nice, with large space, good sound insulation, comfortable and quiet environment, and a good living experience. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and has attentive service. I will choose Huali Jiahe Express Hotel next time I go on a business trip. It's great!

A business hotel located between Xinjiekou and Xizhimen. It seems that not many foreigners stay here, so they don't speak much English, but they are friendly. The room was clean, and the wifi worked without any problems. Breakfast was simple Western food. Just before you walk from Xinjiekou Station to the hotel, there is a popular Xinjiang restaurant, Lanzhou ramen restaurant "Huanghe Palace", which is convenient. There is also a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Very clean, the room is large, and the sofa in the living room can be put down as a bed. There is a projector in the living room, a TV in the bedroom, and a separate door to the bedroom. I will choose this store in the future.

The lady at the front desk welcomed me very warmly and gave my naughty son a bag of fruit. It was very heartwarming.
