This is a popular neighborhood outside the historic center, but not too far outside. It is famous for good restaurants and architecture and urban life.
Luckily we could walk around easily ... many stores have someone who speaks a little English but dont expect the people in line behind you to be nice or even civil when you try to understand the clerk...
