The hotel itself is visually stunning, offering five-star luxury-level amenities: a Valmont Spa, gym with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment (including two spinning bikes which were perfect for me), tennis and padel courts, as well as water activities like water skiing and sailing lessons—all provided at an indisputably high level. · *Food & Beverage:** As an Italian accustomed to fine gastronomy, being able to use the term EXTRAORDINARY for the three resort restaurants’ offerings is saying a lot. These restaurants could easily thrive in Milan, where competition is fierce. Variety, quality, presentation, and creativity honor the chefs and their culinary team. The exceptional quality and attentive service in the dining rooms rival a Michelin-star restaurant. · *Rooms:** The hotel exclusively offers suites—just 69 in total—all with sea views. They are spacious and finely detailed, featuring a large bathroom with both a tub and shower, as well as a separate toilet area. While not equipped with windows, this is rare to find elsewhere too. We opted for the junior suite (the smallest) since we only needed to sleep there, but its size, thoughtful details (e.g., power outlets accommodating EU, UK, and USA standards), and cleanliness were impeccable. The high-quality towels and Acqua di Parma personal care products are another standout. · *Common Areas:** The garden is obsessively well-tended, the cleanliness is flawless, and fine attention to detail is evident everywhere. The bar area has a chic atmosphere, complemented by nightly live music performances both during and after dinner. For fans of Rum and cigars, the offerings are excellent. · *Service:** The service was impeccable. Attention to detail is present throughout the hotel, with a staff exuding professionalism, genuine courtesy, and empathy that never felt forced or artificial.
