Vintage Cars, Crazy Drifts & Perfect Police Officer!

#pesonaindonesia_id Yesterday’s little adventure took us to Museum Angkut in Batu, Malang — and I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it this much! The museum is HUGE! 🤯 It has an amazing collection of vehicles from all over the world, especially vintage and classic cars that are no longer around today. The best part? Some of these are cars I’ve only ever seen in movies, so getting to see them up close was such a cool experience. There are so many different sections and interesting displays, plus plenty of photo spots along the way. You really need to allow enough time because there’s a lot to explore. But the highlight for me was definitely the Velocity Show at 3 PM! 🔥🚗💨 The drifting performance was seriously impressive — the sound, the speed, the action… definitely don’t miss this if you’re visiting! And the entertainment was not only by the drifting car show, they also got handsome police officer in the show.. Perfect face, perfect body, perfect styling and that whole confident police-officer vibe. Literally looked like he walked straight out of a movie. 😂🙈 Anyway, back to the cars… 😂 Overall, Museum Angkut is definitely worth a visit if you’re in Batu, Malang. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or not, there’s plenty to see and experience. Great collection, huge space, fun show.

Instead of following the usual route, I discovered Surabaya, a city of heroes, hidden heritage, diverse cultures, and the gateway to one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking landscapes, Mount Bromo. This 4-day journey showed me that Indonesia is not only about famous islands. Beyond Bali, there are stories waiting to be discovered. 🇮🇩 Day 1 — Discovering the Soul of Surabaya: The City of Heroes My first day began by exploring the historical heart of Surabaya. 🏛️ Tugu Pahlawan & November 10th Museum Surabaya is known as the “City of Heroes”, and this monument represents the courage and spirit behind that name. Walking around this area, I could feel how deeply history is connected with the city’s identity. 🚢 Monumen Kapal Selam (Monkasel) A unique attraction where visitors can explore an actual submarine in the middle of the city. It was a surprising experience and a reminder of Indonesia’s maritime history. 🌃 Tunjungan Street As the day ended, Tunjungan Street became the perfect place to experience Surabaya’s modern side.
