Shengshui Temple

Shengshui Temple was built during the Liao and Jin Dynasties (1120). The west hall is the Daxiong Hall, and the east hall is the Sanxiao Hall of Taoist Longhua Temple. It was built in the 49th year of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1784). More than 1,000 Buddha statues are dedicated to Sakyamuni, Amitabha, Medicine Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjushri, Samantabhadra, Kasyapa, and Ananda. The east courtyard of Shengshui Temple is a forest of steles, displaying more than 30 temple steles and filial piety steles with cultural value in Zhuanghe City.
