Dolmen, Yongzhou

Yongzhou Shipeng is an ancient cultural site located at the foot of Huangjialing Luoshan Mountain, five meters north of the government of Huangtianpu Town, Lingling District. It is a shed-style sacrifice building of the primitive humans using natural boulders to build, and is another representative of the ancient human activity site of Xiaoxiang Basin. The rock platform is set up by three stone dings, distributed in triangular columns, supporting the lifting of more than 10,000 kilograms of crown-shaped roof boulder. The bottom of the top stone is flat, and the inner side of the wall stone is smoother. It is preserved by human processing or traces left by sacrifice activities, and there is a significant difference between the appearance of the external bump and the uneven shape.

Located 15 kilometers west of Lingling District, Yongzhou City, Huangtianpu Town, in Huangtianpu Town Middle School, surrounded by a small pond, the lotus in the pond is lush, more than 20,000 years ago, is a late Paleolithic cultural site, is a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
