ＪＲ Go down at the south exit of Tachikawa Station and walk to the southeast １０ minutes. It is located on the ２ floor of the Children's Future Center, which was renovated from the old city hall. Maniac manga, old manga is few, but adults can immerse themselves in the world of manga all day with an admission fee of ４００ yen.
