Anytime great to walk.
This one of the places that you can find something different every time to go. The surrounding make you feel like you are back it time. Good parking, great after eating your way though Sturbridge.
Quick walk
Wear good walking shoes. You'll be meandering up little grades with an occasional tree root. Difficult with wheelchairs

The water trail is fabulous. Dust off your oars as spring is coming :) The current is slow enough that you can travel from your put in and back. There is always different wildlife to see. Obviousl...
Nice Ride
Smooth, peaceful, lovely scenery. Driver gave good history of the place. Very enjoyable. One of the nicest paarts of Sturbridge Village.
National water trail
Very nice spot to canoe or kayak because of the dams you can leave your car at one parking stop and travel in both directions . We started at the boat launch of rt.20 on the Sturbridge /Brimfield line...
