Tsukigase Plum Grove

Tsukigase Plum Stream is one of the three major plum gardens in Nara, and a well-known plum viewing spot in Japan, becoming one of the earlier scenic spots. There are more than 10,000 plum trees blooming here every year, and the little plum blossoms bloom in the cold weather, blooming in the plum forest of Tsukase, a quiet landscape, like a delicate ancient painting. Every year when the plum blossoms are in bloom, Meixi will hold a plum blossom festival. During the plum blossom festival, there will be various activities, and there are also various small shops on the roadside selling delicacies made of plum blossoms.
