it was originally a dam.
Original Text
I visited 10/9. It is a rare waterfall that the dam, originally built as an agricultural water storage dam, was buried in sediment due to flood damage and became a waterfall. Although the head is not so much, the amount of water is large and powerful.
Overwhelmed by the width of the width than the head

Pyotan Falls is a waterfall on the Sadauchi River where you can feel the torrent flowing through the rocks up close. There is not much head, but you can feel the wide width and the size of the scale. In early spring, there is a lot of water and it is full of power.
it's a waterfall with interesting names and shapes.

I stopped by when I went down from the Fudauchi River Dam. In the middle of the artificial dam, it is an interesting waterfall where the natural rocks are used as they are. It is a waterfall that makes it fun to see a large amount of water flowing down in white foam like sliding on the slide, and a single line of water flowing down the rock in the center.
Stop by when sightseeing in the Tokachi area. It is a Pyotan waterfall in Sadauchigawa Garden. There are few people, and in a sense it may be a little-known spot. There is no head, but you can see a powerful waterfall with a dynamic amount of water. The name "Pyotan" is also nice.
