Xiaopenglai Park

Small and beautiful Penglai is located on the southeast side of Nengren Temple in Xinxu Town, formerly known as the Huanqingfang, also known as Xiaotaoyuan, part of the ancient temple Nengren Temple (founded in the South Dynasty), as a place for monks to renovate and provide pilgrims to relax. The original Qushui back rail, small bridge to the threshold, Pingdi Yanliu, Nanyuan style, Mianlang peach blossoms, green branches painting, Xige fish watching, Yuwanyue, Shilanhe marsh, painting house Meilin and other ten scenes. It is now built as a park. There is a rockery between the two pools in the park, famous Fengshan, which is a relic of Nengren Temple. There are still ancient monuments in the garden, the ginkgo tree in front of the original mountain gate was planted in the Tang Dynasty, high 23.5 meters, chest 6.4 meters, green and blue, full of vitality. Now the passage between Xiao Penglai and Nengren Temple is closed, and tourists can only visit the two attractions separated by a wall.

This is a relatively cold but quite famous park. Located in the ancient town below Jiaxing. The fame is because Jin Yong's works describe this park. So many people come to punch in. There are many historical buildings inside. Looks good.

Going to Xinyi Ancient Town, the navigation directly leads to the parking lot next to Xiao Penglai. I just went in and looked at it. I realized that Xiao Penglai Park was originally one of the Zen houses in Nengren Temple next door. There is also an ancient ginkgo tree in the park. There is also a flower lantern festival during the Spring Festival in the park. It is not until the evening. The scenery of this park is not bad. It snows today and there are few tourists. Penglai Pavilion is not a classical style and a bit of the Republic of China. The west side of the park is Nengren Temple. It takes a park to get to the mountain gate. This monastery is not an original building, only for many years.

The park for free tour is very quiet, with thousands of ginkgo and hundreds of years of teak forest, it is a good place to cool down. The public toilet at the door is very clean and parking is convenient. The ancient temple next to it is being repaired, and I hope I can visit it next time.
