I never thought that General Santos City has an overlooking place. Indeed I am surprised by the breath taking view and can't help to take picture. This place provides one of the most beautiful and spacious resorts in General Santos, here you can also experience the panoramic view with our large verandas and viewing deck while having coffee and you can feel the Sarangani breeze, we are glad to see you again when you visit us. Experience the best. Experience Mt. Sabrina. HOW TO GET HERE? Via Tricycle you can rent it and tell the driver that you will be going to Mt. Sabrina. #mytripvlog #newyearadventure #travelist #travelist2023 #backpackers #julsdoitnowtours

This is a handy travel guide if you're visiting GenSan and want to check out the nearest spots from their airport. PARADISE to TUNA LOVERS, it is a must to visit their FISHPORT located in Tambler. From the airport, single motorcycles (skylab/habal-habal) may be contracted to bring you at the complex. If you are already in the city proper, take a jeepney from downtown Gensan to Tambler. At the gate, you have to register and present a valid ID. Take note, dress code applies. Those who are wearing slippers, shorts and sleeveless are not allowed. You need to rent out jogging pants and pair of white boots (P20.00) for you to get inside. People here are used to tourist and most of them are accomodating. Second, if you want an excellent food served in a serene hilltop ambience, you must visit the SARANGGANI HIGHLAND RESORTS. Perched on the rolling hills of Tambler, this DINING BY THE SKY overlooks the wide Saranggani Bay, Mt. Matutom and Mt. Parker. Entrance Fee: P100.00 (consumable) If you've never been, you should check it out at least once for curiosity purposes. MAGANDANG GENSAN! io πŸ”ΈAt tye city center, ride a tricycle going to the fishport for only 20-30 pesos. You can ask the driver to drive you through the entrance, but you would have to pay the 8 pesos entrance fee for tricycle. You can also ask the driver to wait for you but make sure to pay them better 😊 ‼️IMPORTANT NOTES: πŸ”ΈUnloading of tuna occurs as early as 5 AM. So you better be early to have a glimpse of the the large tuna's! πŸ”ΈThere's a strict dress code to promote high standard of cleanliness and safety. No shorts, sando and slippers. And you need to wear a white boots when you get there. There's a boot rental near the fishport which costs 20 pesos. They also sell new socks at 20 pesos, so better to bring your own to save money. πŸ”ΈThere's a lot of street vendors around the city, have a try of their Pastil (tuna)! It is the native Maguindanaon delicacy which you can see anywhere in the heart of Central Mindanao. A combination of rice and sautΓ©ed chicken, fish or beef shreds wrapped in a wilted banana leaf. With just 10 pesos, you're already full with all the side dishes available for free (cucumber, alamang and ensaladang talong). As in sa free side dishes palang busog ka na kahit super onti nung tuna na nsa kanin πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ πŸ”ΈIf you want to eat seafood, go to Tiongson Arcade. There's a lot of seafood and bbq stalls there. Of course, your Gensan tour will not be complete without trying their tuna! Tuna panga is also a must try! #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #foodie #awesomepic #

Sometimes, all you need is a change of scenery to be in your best mood. How about another day at the beach? 🚩 BG Beach Resort (formerly Phil Florencia Beach Resort) With its new management, this beach in Maasim is showcasing lots of potential. I love how well-maintained its shoreline and cottages are- clean and sparkling neatly under the golden tropical sun. Tambler, General Santos. With its hypnotic, all-encompassing view, the location is ideal for all occasions, including prenuptial shoots, birthday photoshoots, and some more. This spot has been named "Buntod", which came from a Visayan word, and the name "Buntod" signifies "mountain" or "hill". The name of the spot is extremely interesting since it features and presents the Visayan word. An exceptionally pleasant spot for some unwinding and harmony. This spot likewise has an extraordinary view of nature on the off chance that you're a nature lover. I had previously visited this spot and I truly loved its excellence. It gives me a relieving atmosphere, and most of you can enjoy it here with your friends and family, in circles, families, and family members. I have gone through a half day in this appropriate and loosening up place of interest along with my groupmates when we led our meeting to the Buntod Gensan Campground Representative. You will enjoy it while you are having fun and relaxation by listening to their music and feeling the cool air breeze in Buntod Slung. It was my most memorable visit to this location, and when I arrived, I was completely taken aback by the regular magnificence of its current situation. I envisioned that this spot would be extremely great, great for unwinding and quiet. This spot is ideal for all visitors or clients who are searching for an incredible spot. What are you hanging on for? Add it to your moving list of must-dos. The best chance to visit this spot is promptly in the first part of the day, so you can appreciate it more while living it up. Additionally, you can remain for the time being at this brilliant buntod house by watching open-air films, feeling the cool air breeze around evening time, and furthermore, you can do this by setting up camp along with your accomplices, companions, families, and family members. Try not to pass up a great opportunity with this staggering spot, this chance to observe the all-encompassing perspective and enthusiastic lightning of the spot for the present while getting a charge out of it by remaining around evening time. The very best you're lookin' at with this vivacious spot is holding nothing back. Come and visit Buntod Gensan! General City is the home of the Generals. They got that name when kababayans from Luzon and Visayas under the leadership of General Paulino Santos discovered GenSan, hence the name General Santos. Its name used to be Rajah Buayan in 1948 then named General Santos in 1968 when it attained its cityhood. Glad to have discovered this city and bonus is I have drone shots at night. And the reason why I’m here? is their Tuna! Yes tuna! they’re actually the Tuna capital of the Philippines and has the most freshest and delicious tuna all throughout the country. #foodieheaven#scenicspotguide#unforgettableexperiences#instagramworthydestinations#holidayvacation#tripinspired#happynewyear
